BAIT AND SWITCH !!! My wife lost a tooth and need another one.. They SAID NO PROBLEM ! We will get one immediately. They performed ex-rays of the whole mouth and I paid half of the tooth, They also sent her to the Ortho. Ortho you can go back to Encore because its a simple install. So again back to Encore, Encore says you need more work on your teeth which has nothing to do with the tooth in question. They told us to come back in 3 days. So we came back and now they are playing a different tune! The raggy ass receptionist said we dont know whats going on we submitted to Ins. I said thats BS because Im here to pay cash. Encore replied that you are looking at 5K to fix all of her teeth, I said I want the tooth to be placed in and we will fix the rest after January 2017. Encore said wait 4 weeks until ins tells us different. I said I JUST CAME HERE FOR A TOOTH AND YOU SAID I CAN GET IT FIXED NOW! They said wait! which this happened in Aug 2016 well I waited Its now end of Nov 2016 and still nothing ! I just disputed the credit card today ! We went to another dentist and it was made, fixed and replaced within 8 days. This is not the first time complaining.,., I am DONE WITH THIS SCAM OPERATION ! I have another thing to say.. I do not believe these 5 star compliments.. I know for a fact that at least 10 are bogus..... Thank you to the other receptionist who use to work there told me so!! BS ON YOU !!! I have filed a complaint with Consumers and dental board.. DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

In the past I had a horrible and traumatic experience at another area dentist. They had done such horrible work that they ended up not even finishing and had hurt me pretty bad. Fast forward to needing that work repaired and some other things done. Encore dental was recommended to me. My first 2 visits I was a wreck in the chair. They couldnt even do the cleaning. Now that I am towards the end of all the work that needed to be done I must say the whole experience has been a breeze. Dr. Bill is awesome. Hes very friendly and gentle and actually takes time to listen to your concerns and answer all your questions. He understands some people have a fear of the dentist and is very relaxed and gentle which helps you relax and eases your anxiety. I hit a few road bumps along the way with insurance issues but the office staff was great. They stayed on top of it the best they could and in the end between their work and my badgering the insurance company everything worked out. The offices are efficiently run, very clean, updated and high tech. All the staff are so warm and friendly every time I go in. This place really is amazing. I will not be going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend Encore dental to everyone; even if you have a fear or anxiety of the dentist they will help. I no longer panic in the waiting room or chair and can honestly say I feel very safe and comfortable under their care.

I went to Encore Dental last year during my pregnancy for a cleaning. It was my first time there. All went well. I made my next cleaning appointment and had a terrible experience. The girl who took my x-rays did not put an apron on me. Then she put the device in my mouth that takes the x-rays and it had a wire running from it to the wall. She turned around to walk out of the room and tripped over the wire yanking the device out of my mouth, not once, but twice. While I am waiting for the doctor, the patient in the room behind me screamed as the doctor was giving him an injection. As I overheard them talking, the patient was screaming because the doctor hit a nerve with the needle. Then he comes in and looks over my x-rays and checks my teeth and says I need a filling for a cavity. After that horrible experience, I was NOT going back there. Good thing I didnt because when I had all of my x-rays sent over to a new doctor, she confirmed that my teeth were great and there were no cavities!! Absolutely terrible, untrustworthy place!

MY girlfriend was having pain & sensitivity. They fit her in that day, Dr Haddeaus was awesome. Took her whole health history, because yes that matters for Dentist also. Then took a less extreme approach due to it all. over the weekend more issues & lots of pain. She called in & he called right back on a sunday. called in low dose pain meds to get her through the night & said see you in the Morning. That is great patient care. besides she told me the offices were super clean, run like a business with a your home kind of feeling. Everyone she encountered were friendly, patient, caring & took their time. She as quite impressed with their non-nonchalant respectful update to each other on each patient. Doctor/dentist to every level of hands on to clean up crew & the same in return. So relaxing.

It had been ten years since I last visited a dentist due to horrible experiences in the past. I can tell you that Dr. Bill and the rest of the staff at Encore Dental are nothing less than professional, helpful, and welcoming. Even though I did not have insurance, they were able to work on the price for a root canal procedure. Not only are they fair, but for what I imagined would be a painful few visits were nothing but comfortable. This is by far the best experience I have had in a dentist office and will continue to utilize this office. Kudos to the staff for making a conscience effort to meet the needs of your clients in such a welcoming environment.

Went to dr heddaus for a root canal and crown. He didnt explain I was going to get a post crown at all. He seemed annoyed with my nervousness and wouldnt write me a prescription for pain. I also had a crown done on the bottom tooth the same day which is fine. When finished the girl at the desk tells me I have a filling right next to the crown. I asked why wasnt it done at the same time since I was already numb. He was good at numbing me FYI. He was suppose to call and never did. The girl Daniele talked to much and was stumbling over her words. Im in pain and upset I and no idea I was getting a post crown.

FIVE STARS Took my reluctant son to the who has had bad experiences with dentists in the past to Encore Dental Brick. Took him for the Special first visit and was given the "white glove treatment" From the reception to the hygienist and the Team of the Best Dentists there were all in for my sons care plan. Everything was discussed and gone over to what was going to occur and they went out of their way to break everything down and all options for a great outcome. This turned his opinion around about going to the dentist and we couldnt be happier with this Office of Great People ***** all the way!
