The dentist are great but the receptionist and the lady that does billing are deceiving. I wanted to get implants and she told me it was going to be 1650 I even had a conversation with them about the three parts to the implants she had a paper taped on her desk which broke down the three parts of the implants which added up to $1650 she even told me it use to be 3500 and it went down the only thing that saved me from getting the implants was the fact that I tend to ask questions and the dentist went over the process with me or else it would be my word against the receptionist and the billing liar and to add insult the receptionist said I had the understanding you were discussing only the implants the two women in the front office will ruin this office reputation based on them wanting their bonus. Ask me how I know about their bonus because they were having this conversation while I was there. I also experienced the constant calls canceling.This however has nothing to do with the dentist they are great its the front staff who are deceiving patients and making the schedule based on when they want to go home or come in. If you have insurance you wont have a complaint regarding money I signed up for care credit and thats where the girls in the office start to scam me because they get a bonus from the dental office. Since I see how these women operate Ive signed up to be alerted about my credit.

I picked this dentist because it had such high reviews. Unfortunately it was not at all what I thought it was going to be this is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever been to. 1 day one I was on my way out of my driveway at 9am after calling out of work for this a.p.t only to get a call telling me the Dr was not going to see any one today and that they were calling everyone who was coming in and telling them the same but not to work they would call me back to give me a new a.p.t a week goes by no call so I called them think they may have over looked me so they apologies and give me a new day I thought OK things happen no one perfect. OK I call out of work again go to this dentist only to be told he will not be coming in again and that they were sorry about that I was told they would take a little bit of my copay I was thinking for me missing 2 day of pay they should be given me more than a discount on my copy ok so just when I thought it could not get any worse it did I was given a 3 apt this is the 3d pay day I missed but ok I thought the 3 time would be the charm. I come to my a.p.t on time and guess what Im out side of the place knocking and knocking and calling and calling with know answer so i go back to my car for about 1h and still nothing i ended up going home this place is no good

I have been in search for a reputable company to take charge on the disaster that is in my mouth. I needed to get a root canal done along with some major crowns and fills. The usual response I would get from other offices were eye rolls, "like where has your mouth been." I would roll then back, "like duh, where do you think?" But as soon as I came to this office, I felt welcomed. The dentist knew what he was doing and the front office staff was amazing! Jamie, my treatment coordinator made me feel at ease during the whole process and Nicole, the office manager was great as well. I enjoyed my experience and would definately recommend all my friends to come to this stress free environment. Everyone hates going to the dentist. But I love coming here!!

Very unprofessional office. I will never come back here again and they ask (practically beg) for their patients to do go reviews. The nerve of them when they are not providing a good service. The billing dept sucks because they tell you that your copay is one amount but then they change it at the last min with something totally different. I would never suggest this office to ANYONE that I know. Oh, and another thing, I believe their current dentist is fresh out of college. I should have none something was off when he was asking his assistant how to do a certain procedure. Stay away!!

I was greeted warmly by the office staff and Dr. upon arriving for my dental appointment. Being greeted in such a warm manner is truly an awesome feeling. This is a great dental practice and I highly recommend this office. I refer people to this office who are seeking an excellent dental experience with quality and honest people will take good care of you. The dentist will take exceptional care of you and address any concerns or questions you may have. The office staff will go above and beyond as well to ensure that you are taken care of in a timely and professional manner.
