Stay away from this dentist! He is a swindler! I orginally set an appointment for my mom in October 2014. When we get there we tell the dentist, my mom just wants a couple teeth removed(they were hurting her and badly decayed). The dentist says no, we have to do a root canal but your insurance must approve it first. We didnt want to, but the dentist insisted. So after a month of waiting for this approval, I call the insurance to ask why its taking so long. The insurance rep says they sent the request for additional paperwork to the office(something simple by the way) several times but the office had not yet responded. So I call the office and the receptionist says "oh yea we just sent it yesterday". Now after reviewing the x-rays, etc.. the insurance denies the root canal and says the teeth cannot be saved and must be removed instead! Which is what we wanted done in the first place! So in November we schedule an appointment for January to SPECIFICALLY TO GET THE TEETH REMOVED! (at which time I learned you dont need insurance approval to get the teeth removed). And that is something else I dont like about this office, they always schedule you a month + away. When we get there the hygienist say "okay so today were going to clean your moms teeth".....I say " no, no, no..... We are here to get the teeth removed....and that is what we made the appointment for". Long story short....We ended up arguing with the dentist because he obviously wanted us to get things done that we did not ask for. And I told the dentist, I dont mind you cleaning my mothers teeth, but she is here to get the teeth removed. The dentist then says no he cannot do it today. So my mother and I left very upset! If you need a dentist, stay away from this man! He will try to get you to do procedures you dont need. You will have to wait more than a month for the next appointment and overall they are liars!

I am 53 years old, have all but 2 of my original/natural teeth, and they are in very good condition. This is only because I have always visited the Dentist on a regular basis, 2-3 times a year. I know what good dental care is, and Dr. Osuala and his team are very good at what they do. Neat clean attractive offices. You dont get that claustrophobic feeling that can come with some doctors offices; you know that long-railroad-type-hallway, with many doors, where some doctors begin work on you, then leave you alone in a closed room, for what seems like a eternity, while they work on someone else. Well, that is not the case with Supreme Dental. I have had great experience with Dr. Osuala and his assistants. The receptionist, Jennie, is knowledgeable and friendly, which is rare today. Dr. Osuala has great bed-side mannerisms (also rare today). The facilities are clean, the staff is intelligent and very polite, and a nice location. We are very happy here.

This was my first time at this dentist for me and it was the BEST dentist visit ever. My biggest issue with any dentist is pain, and for the first time ever I felt NO PAIN at all with this dentist. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. The entire staff is pleasant I had no problem making a quick appointment to fit my schedule, no long wait to be seen. Very professional and resolved my dental issue. I will continue going here and praying that I continue to have pain free, excellent service!

The waiting room is comfortable and seats 8 so if you go at times when there is no school or school is out for a holiday, you may find less available seating and also parking spots taken up by minivans and SUVs. As a new patient, we got through in 15 minutes of the set appointment time which was great considering the appointment was requested for on the same day. We were smart and got there earlier and filled out all the new patient paperwork and submit it before the appointment time.

Office is very small for the amount of people they schedule for "appointments" there are always people standing up without a seat..oh and make plans to get comfortable if your lucky enough to sit for at leat 1.5 hours before your called in..two visits one in november and the other in january 2016 same experience both times..last vist "appointment" for 10:30am left there at 12:50pm..I plan on finding another dentist just because of the extra long wait

I love coming to this office. It is clean, comfortable, and very convenient to get to. Dr. Osuala is very personable, polite, and professional. I also love Myriam and her great attitude and humor. And Wendy the hygienist is also very funny and personable, and gives great tips on dental care (... and if youre nice to her she may slip you an extra toothbrush or sensodine toothpaste! But SHHHHH!!!!

Always packed waiting room n whoever books these appointments has no clue what their doing your booking too many pple at the same time n thats not professional. Think about your customers first! I have been to.dentists before with no packed waitin room n people being seen when their supposed to! It can be done.....im done with this place no effin air in the summer either!!!!

This place no respect for the patients...you wait for up to 2 hours from your appointment before you see your doctor And if you feel uncomfortable and you want to move your appointment they move it up to month .... no respect for patients pain

Long waits. No explanation. People seems to be known by receptionists had very short wait time even though their appointment was later than ours. 2.5 hours after your set appointment when you show up half hours earlier is kind of ridiculous.

They are busy but I came in unscheduled and the woman scheduled me in I truly appreciated it. Theyre a growing practice I know the dentist will move to a new place eventually its inevitable.
