I’m a 24 year old girl who has had a lot of experience in the dentist’s chair, both good and bad. In general my overall dental health has been pretty poor my whole life. I hate my teeth and refuse to be photographed smiling. I was embarrassed by my teeth and extremely self conscious. So I decided to do something about it. After graduating college I began my quest to find the right dentist to help me on my way to better overall dental health. That quest led me right to Dr. Krieger’s office, he came highly recommended. After a consultation with Dr. Krieger, we discussed all my options and came up with a plan that worked for me. On top of getting my teeth and gums healthy I decided to get a smile makeover. Dr. Krieger, his “Dream Team” and facility really exemplify modern dentistry at its finest. Both Dr. Krieger and his staff are well educated and have an outstanding rapport with all their patients. Their chair side manner is impeccable compared to that of other facilities I have been to. The facility is outfitted with state of the art equipment. To be honest, its reminiscent of a spa with its soothing décor and their flat screen TV’s. The office is run in an efficient and professional manner, scheduling is convenient and there is never a wait longer than 10 minutes. Dr. Krieger is in my opinion is a dental genius! All kidding aside, he took my mouth which was in poor condition and gave me something to smile about…forever. I now have the perfect smile (and a healthy one too) I have always wanted thanks to Dr. Krieger and his “Dream Team”. If youre looking for the best...youve found it!

I had broke my front tooth haneously years ago and Dr Krieger fixed it to perfection back then. This past weekend I bit down on Saturday re-fracturing off a piece of the prosthetic tooth. I was devestated. There was no pain bc the nerve was gone from prior root canal so that was good at least. I work 12 hour shifts and was on all weekend. I left a message at the office Saturday night explaining what had happened and stating "Id appreciate if they could squeeze me in just for consultation Monday as it was my only day off." I got a text response from one of the office staff on SUNDAY asking if I could come in Monday at 11am!!! PERFECT. It wasnt only a consult. In less than an hour, Dr. Krieger and Lauren assisted in replacing the broken tooth for a shiny new one at a HUGE discount and i even opted to get some whitening done in the mean time while the mold of new tooth (which was kept on record) was formed with their state of the art technology! I couldnt have been happier with the service or outcome of my beautiful smile. I always get compliments on my smile and teeth and no one believes the front one is fake!!! This Office is accommodating and asthetically the best. Thank you so much Doc, Lauren and the rest of the team!

Dr. Kriegers office is very clean and professional looking with a nice, modern touch. I always felt comfortable. Unfortunately their are flaws in the new technology that he uses that causes his fillings to repeatedly fall out. My wifes filling just fell out again after he fixed it last week (!!). This is following a similar problem I had last year where a filling fell out that he had just put it in and my mother has had two of Kriegers fillings fall out. He stands by his work and will, at no charge, put them back in (my mother had to wait 2 weeks!!) but he was very rude to us and treated us as second class citizens who had the nerve to have their fillings fall out. He spent barely ten minutes with my wife the second time and grumpily fixed his faulty filling making her feel like she was garbage. Since it fell out again just a week later I will never go back to Krieger and instead will pay someone else to fix my wifés tooth. Shame on you Krieger.

I had a nasty broken molar with and old gold inlay in it and my options were #1 root canal and a crown #2 remove the tooth and do an implant months later #3 do a bridge involving two other teeth #4 extract the tooth and do nothing ..... ? My experience with Dr Krieger in past has been great with two previous crowns and I was hoping that now "the big job" which was much more complicated would be the same . I am GRATEFUL for the outcome ! , because of Dr Kriegers gifted hands and the wonderful caring staff and the amazing technology all under one roof. Less then two hours later I was on my way home and very happy Thank You for saving my tooth.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have been using Dr Krieger and his team for years now and I am increasingly impressed with the service of Dr Krieger and his team. Dr Krieger and his staff are very personable, friendly, and knowledgable! His investment in state of the art equiptment is evident and makes for a pleasant experience. Love the individual TVs that are part of the dental chair and allow you to feel like you are in someones living room and not a dental office...used to hate going to the dentist but Dr Kriegers office make the experience pleasuarable. Not to mention I have had multiple filings without any incident! Highly recommend!

My veneer fell out and I could not reach my dentist and I went to Dr. Krieger as an emergency. Not only did he replace my veneer but took me immediately and I was so impressed with the service and the staff that I am now a permanent patient. I have been back to the office for a regular visit and continue to be delighted with the service. I had a cleaning done by the best hygienist ever, Lauren and believe me I have had many cleanings! In all my years of being a dental patient, by far, Dr. Krieger and his staff are the best. If you would like a positive dental experience, go to Dr. Krieger, you will not be disappointed.

I did a root canal about a Month ago and the pain did not go away for 3 weeks after the procedure. I called the office to schedule a follow up and they made me wait a week after my call. Finally, when I went to see them, they used a metal floss to adjust although I had sharp pain which had nothing to do with adjustment !!!! And then, they told me take anti-inflamatory medication and come see us after 2 weeks !!!!! Before I went to bed that night while brushing my teeth, fragments of the tooth next to the crown came out because of the metal floss they used. I do not recommend this group at all

I have just completed my cosmetic case at the Franklin Lakes location. The staff there go above and beyond to make sure that you are set for your appointments, comfortable while waiting and check if you need anything while you there. I was traveling abroad for work and they made sure to i was set and comfortable with my case before i hopped on the plane for a week! I was so grateful for them since I was nervous about starting the case early but with Dr. Krieger and his staff everything was smooth sailing. Thanks to Dr. Krieger and his wonderful team!!
