First of all, I hate going to the dentist: as evidenced by the amount of issues I have with my teeth. A month, or so, ago, I had a filling fall out and was suffering from some pain in one of my wisdom teeth while eating. I have known Dr. Breiterman, for a few years now, through a mutual activity both of our families are involved in. So, when these new issues developed with my teeth, I thought it might be easier for me to see a dentist that I know and have been friendly with for a while: to help put my mind at ease. Best decision I have ever made (dentistry wise, that is)!!!! Someone already commented that it was like walking into a spa; I think that is probably the most accurate description I could come up with. The office is bright, warm, and inviting (with beverages and snacks while you wait). The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming, I was greeted before I even made it to the desk; and, they even knew who I was when I first walked in. I have been there a couple of times since and there has never been a wait, every appointment starts within 5 minutes of your scheduled time (no sitting in the waiting room hearing the shrilling sounds of the drill). The rooms are bright, clean and have the most up-to-date equipment I have ever seen in a dentist office. X-rays are computerized instead of having to have those horrible films jabbing into your gums while they push the buttons. They even have a "Complimentary Comfort Menu" for the patients to help them relax with things like TV, massage chair, hand paraffin treatments, warm facial towelettes, and virtual reality looking glasses that allow you to watch Netflix shows to help distract you while the work is being done (havent tried that yet, but soon...lol), just to name a few. Not to mention, the entire staff works extremely well together and are very good at making you feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Breiterman meticulously inspected my entire mouth and suggested a plan of action to get my smile back and get my teeth healthy again; which, I am in the process of taking care of now. They sit you down and will explain everything related to your visit; from what was/will be done, to cost break-downs, and will work with you to keep your teeth and your budget healthy. I must say, Dr. Breiterman, his office, and his staff are, now, the main reason why getting my teeth fixed and healthy again is back on top of my list of priorities. I am not saying that I will be looking forward to more dental work; however, I now dread having it done a whole lot less.

I have been Dr. Breiterman’s patient for over eight years. I had multiple dental issues and was looking for the best dentist and Dr. Breiterman was definitely the perfect solution for all of my dental problems. Last week, I had implant surgery where Dr. Breiterman placed three implants at the same time. The treatment was very well planned in advance and the surgery went perfectly. Dr. Breiterman is an incredibly talented and skillful dentist who’s approach to oral health is very comprehensive, thoughtful, detail oriented, and individually crafted. I trust his advise and judgement completely. A few years ago, Dr. Breiterman placed 8 porcelain crowns on my upper front teeth and transformed my smile into a thing of beauty. I get so many compliments on my beautiful smile and it has really changed my self confidence. Dr. Breiterman has superb skills in all aspects of dentistry- from things like fillings and crowns to complicated oral surgeries and total oral rehabilitations. His ability to create incredible smiles with his cosmetic work is truly an art form. The office and equipment are state of the art. Dr. Breiterman uses the latest technology that is available. He is one of the few dentists who has a periodontal laser that allows him to help save teeth that were previously recommended for extraction. His team is professional and efficient. They are all very thoughtful, extremely competent, and caring from the moment the I walk into the office. Customer care is unbeatable. They truly care about their patients and give each individual a great experience every time. They have an amazing massage chair that you can relax and unwind in and offer an amazing spa experience with paraffin hand treatment, aroma therapy pillows, an amazing beverage bar, and all kinds of different updated magazines. The service is truly impeccable and is above and beyond all expectations and Dr. Breiterman’s approach to his patient’s oral health is unmatched. I cannot give enough praise to Dr. Breiterman and his staff. The dedication and compassion for their patient’s goes unmatched. If you want to look amazing, but don’t want to go through pain or discomfort, if you need a lot of dental work done and don’t know what to do, or if you want a movie star smile, Dr. Breiterman is the dentist for you.

Earlier this year, my wife and I went to Dr. Breiterman seeing an article on New Jersey Top Dentists. when I called their office they told me that they take my insurance. When I got there to my surprise a dental hygienist cleaned our teeth, then the doctor showed up halfway through the terrible cleaning session. Mr. Breiterman acted as if he was doing us a favor to look at us. He did not examine us he just introduced himself and walked away. Then, not only they charged our insurance company who paid them, he charged us an unreasonable amount for the cleaning, including $84.00 for the use of fluoride for my wife and I. Then his office sent us two bills two our home one for $48.00 and $75.00 for a terrible cleaning. The people work work inside his office will smile at then lie to your face and suck every dollar that they can get from you and your insurance company. I will never go to this place again. I am sure that positive reviews that you may also look are written by Dr. Breiterman and his staff so people can come to his office so that him and his staff can rip you off. Also, Dr. Breiterman, who did not examine me and did not clean my teeth stated in a email on May 21, 2013, that I had tooth decay and I should try to contact him. Two weeks later I went to another dentist who actually cleaned my teeth and examined me stated that my teeth did not had any decay. Also, my wife and I attempted to contact his office but no one responded and was given the run-around by his staff.

I had a partial denture and it was not fitting well so i decided to find a new dentist.As soon as you walk into Advanced Dental Techniques,it feels like home and not like a dental office.Dr Breiterman is the most amazing and professional doctor.He spends a lot of time with you to make sure you feel comfortable.The staff is very warm and friendly.in the consultation room,you can see all of his diplomas which show hid dedication to his profession and patients.I was truly amazed by all the education he further pursued oud of dental school.The hygienist,Bohdana is excellent. she is just as caring as Dr. Breiterman and also very knowledgeable.the best cleaning I ever had. I am happy to now call this my dental home and look forward to establishing a lifelong friendship with Dr. Breiterman and team.Thank you for all your hard work and efforts to make sure you patients have the best care.I highly recommend to everyone
