SCAM--STAY AWAY!! I went to this place because she seemed to have favorable reviews. First of all, waiting one hour before treatment is routine. One reason for that is she is short-staffed (i.e. cheap) and has the front desk person doing 3 jobs. I had to wait an additional 30 MINUTES AFTER MY APPOINTMENT to "check out" because the front desk person was in a small room discussing treatment costs with someone else & answering the phone. They also quoted me one price on the phone, and then another after my appointment. Last but not least, they made me prepay for an exam and cleaning promising I would be reimbursed quickly when they sent in the claim. Even though they were provided ALL of my info, my insurance company never got the claim. Dr.Grauers office never followed-up as to why I wasnt paid and could care less when I called them. I was on my own to resolve the situation. All they care about is money, and the actual dentistry is mediocre.

This place is the worst dentist I ever been! I been to a few different dentist in my time .....I never heard a dentist charge a consultation fee , they give me the appointment, make me wait in the office for 1 hour, give me paper to fill up & the first thing they ask is credit car info & social security number! They didnt know yet the reason why I was there ! After I told them that I wont give them those info they bring me in a small office & ask me a consultation fee of $95, then they went down to $65 .........I told them that I had not problem paying for the service, the answer was if I wont pay the fee nobody would se me.... People stay far away from this place ! They are a scam artist !!!!

Im a 24 year life-long patient of her practice and I would like to take the chance and say that she is a phenomenal dentist! She is the ONLY dentist I have ever been to and frankly, the only person I trust with my teeth. Dr. Grauer treats all of her patients as if they were family and provides the utmost care when caring for your teeth. Her staff have always been very helpful, friendly, and accommodating when dealing with my schedule. Mailers and SMS messages are sent out on a timely-basis to remind me of preventive medicine appointments and her prices for dental care are highly competitive among the Dental Professionals in the county.

Dr. Grauer has been my dentist for nearly 20 years, & I have never had a reason to go elsewhere. I travel TWO HOURS round trip to see her, obviously passing thousands of dentists enroute. She is gentle, takes my desire to have pain-free treatments seriously and referred me to an endodontist (when she felt he could better treat a specific problem with a tooth). Ive had to call outside of working hours & always received prompt responses. If I have an emergency, she squeezes me in (even if she has to stay beyond office hours). Going to the dentist isnt my favorite activity, but I know I can always trust Dr. Grauer!

Her staff is very kind, professional and caring; Dr. Grauer is very gentle, knowledgeable and keeps updated with the latest research. My kids, a 6 years old son and a 3 years old daughter, are not afraid, and actually enjoy, going to the her office for their dental needs, therefore, I highly recommend and thank Dr. Grauer for making our visit to the dentist, a very pleasant one.
