This would have gotten a high review except for one reason: professionalism. I called one morning about a filling I had gotten done two weeks prior and was still experiencing pain in my gums when the filling started to bleed. The tooth cracked and I had a lot of pain, so I called and left a message only to be told I was being selfish and unprofessional by Dr Schwartz himself and that I should have waited to call in my problem. This place had so much promise and the rest of the staff were very welcoming and polite. Its a shame I will be changing my dentist. What a horrible experience.

WENT THERE FOR ORAL CARE AND THEY TRIED TO SEND ME SOMEWHERE ELSE TO JUST HAVE TEETH REMOVED. THE RECEPTIONIST NEEDS PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT TOOLS. nO FUTURE CARE CONVERSATIONS WERE SPOKEN. I JUST CALLE AND THE DAM DR. SCHWARTZ GOT MAD BECUASE I TOLD HIM ABOUT HIS STAFF NOT MENTIONING CARE. LITTLE DIRTY ASS DENTIST OFFICE, ITS IN A OLD HOUSE. SHOULD HAVE KNOWN SOMETHING WAS UP JUST BY THE LAYOUT OF THE PROPERTY. ME AND MY TEETH WILL MOVE FORWARD.

How many people do you know actually say they love going to the dentist?? Not many I bet. When I first moved to Schenectady ... I searched and went through three dentists until I found Dr. Schwartz and his every so friendly staff! They are tremendous people and offer a quality of service that I have found no where else. Bottom line ... I love going to the dentist!!! If you are in need of a dentist ... look no further! - Diane W

I was really pleased with the professionalism and knowledge that both the office staff and Dr. Schwartz displayed during my visit. I was having an issue with a root canal that was done by a different dentist. My former dentist delayed the work on my crown, which caused the temporary filling to fall out. Dr. Schwartz did a great job with cleaning and fixing my tooth. My experience was excellent and was pleased with the results.

Ive been going to Dr. Schwartz since I was a young girl, when he was located in Center City. As the practice grew I have seen him less and less but I have had great experiences with his new staff. I dont have dental insurance and they have worked with me to make any issues that may come up afforable, luckily it is rare that I have any issues. I always recommend Schwartz Family Dentistry to anyone asking.

I only did some teeth cleaning and it was overall good. Except one nurse who was cleaning my teeth didnt behave very professionally and was making opinionated comments about the state of my teeth, which made me really hesitant about visiting them again.
