Awful just awful ...due to my inherited Paradontal disease Dr. Jamie wouldnt even look in my mouth at my appt and said nothing about scheduling no less getting a cleaning!!! He basically just dismissed me with his hands in the air and said go to a paradontist !! The Dr I saw 6 months prior was no longer there??? and he was just awful. To add insult to injury He/They wouldnt allow me to pay for the other half of my partial (which the former dr had made) so I could bring it with me to my oral surgeon... stating it was a liability to them due to my paradontal disease!! Sooo ...Im having my cousin ( the lawyer ) look into this

My daughter and I both went there. First impression was bad...there is hardly a sign, and when you walk in it isnt professional appearing. My daughter had her appointment first and her cleaning was lame..about 10 mins. My appointment was the following week. When I went the dentist did an exam, said my teeth were beautiful and I was done. I asked about the cleaning, and they said I didnt need one. They then tried to schedule my 6 month appt. I complained about not getting a cleaning again and they said they didnt have time. I went to another dentist and got a great cleaning and they found a cavity. Do not go here.

The dentist was awful to say the least! I was in pain for days the worst I ever had. She barely looked at it and sent to to a specialist which I did not need. It just needed to be pulled. So I called them and they had to do a consult first is she good dam kidding me!!I found another dentist the next day and he pulled it imeadiatly. She is sick to send someone away in that condition!! She should have her license removed.!! Dont go there!!!!!

First impression, the front window is boarded up. I could have looked past that because accidents happen, but the place was filthy on the inside. The exam chair my husband was put in was broken. The dentist did not look professional and looked in his mouth for less than 5 seconds. He then started to talk about pulling teeth. NOT going back there. I would have given it no stars, but the system didnt let me.

Jaime Portalatin, DDS I think his name is was arrogant and rude. I happened to be looking at MY x-rays, which I paid for, when he walked into the room and he ordered me to SIT DOWN! I should have asked if he felt threatened unless his patients were on a lower level than him, physically. The ladies that work there are all very nice and professional. The star is for them!

Ridicilous! My cleaning was about 60 seconds and done. I had two fillings and they did not drill anything to put fillings in, they fell out within 3 days taking a much larger piece of both teeth with them. If I gave a circus monkey toothbrush and drill it would have been better job.
