My physican refered me to Dr. Cole in this office because I had begun blacking out from period pain. When I called to get an appointment I was told I needed to wait three months to get in. After explaining the situation the scheduling lady said, "Yeah you need in sooner than that" and put me on hold to speak with Dr. Cole. However, Dr. Cole wasnt concerned that I was in that much pain and said that I would need to wait. After begging for anything sooner the nice lady got me in a week latter with MacLaurin. In my first appointment the her, she told me that I was showing signs of uterine cancer and had endometriosis. I needed another test done to confirm I had polyps/cancer she informed me. So I scheduled that and after being assured that there would only be mild cramping from this test there was excruciating pain. As soon as it was over (while I was still crying from pain) the doc informs me that I have polyps and that I need them removed, but that they are probably not yet cancerous because Im 28 (This is the exact opposite from what she told me the last appointment). She tells me that the pain should go away soon and that her nurse will be in touch to schedule the hysteroscopy to remove and test the polyps. The pain did not go way infact it only increased. So sent Dr. MacLaurin a message asking if this was normal. Her office calls me and in forms me that I need to come in because this isnt normal. They schedule me with the nurse practitioner that is nice but clearly out of her depth. So she calls Dr. Bird, who comes in and after another pelvic exam says, "I dont know whats wrong but if it gets worse go to the ER" Two nights later wound up going to the ER because of the pain. The ER said they didnt see anything obviously wrong but that they had cultures out. The doc at the ER was fully convinced something was wrong even if he couldnt find it that night and told me to follow up with my Ob Gyn So I called them as soon as they opened and they did not call me back. So I called them again at like 3 to be told that o yes the doc did want to see me but but that Dr. MacLaurin didnt have openings this week and that I would need to see Dr. Bird. Ive just returned from this appointment where Dr. Bird informed me that this excruciating pain was all in my head and that I was imagining it to get attention and pain killers. When the friend I brought with me (because I cant drive in this much pain) said that they were way off base the doc gave her a look and said, "Well she can come back in two weeks and well talk then." Believe me I will not be going back to this practice ever again. I would not recommend anyone go there.

Dr. Duncan is the best, Ive been going to him for over maybe 15 years. He actually diagnosed me with having problems with my Thyroids as he included this in my regular annual pap exam. He noticed that my neck was a little larger than usual. He requested labs and sure enough, he was on point. Ive always been able to schedule appts outside of my annual check-up without any problems. He is very caring and awesome. I will continue to go to Dr. Duncan as long as hes there practicing.

DR.Dungan is by far the best and most caring DR. I have ever seen!He listens to all of your concerns and takes all the time you need to answer all your questions!Hes very compassionate,and makes you feel very comfortable during your exam.I only wish he could be my primary care DR.too!Hes what I call a real devoted DR.He makes sure his patients are always satisfied, and gives the best care!Great DR.I recommend him to everyone!He sure gets a five in my book!

Kept us waiting more than hour. Doesnt seem to have any respect to others time. I am still waiting to be seen, where my appointment was more tha an hour ago. Will post more later..

Dr. Duncan is great. I have been seeing him for five years for both annual exams and for a surgery I needed. I recommend him.
