The check out receptionist is a snot! Dr Maydew is cold and extreamly rude. She is the only doctor who physically hurt me during an exam, because she was in such a rush. This is also the only doctors office I have ever been too where I felt like it was a business open for profit. They are short with you and quick to reccomend this procedure and that procedure to bill your insurance. If you are looking for quality care or staff with the slightest bit of compassion, run from this place! The WORST experience I have ever had. Patient care is NOT A PRIORITY here, the DOLLAR IS! We put tremendous faith and trust into doctors, your well being is not significant to them here. They take on way more patients then they can handle, that is a tell tale sign of the lack of patient quality here. You will wait for a long time at your appointments, everytime!

This office is impossible to get on the phone. A real human NEVER answers my calls, and in spite of having left a message every day for the last two weeks, no one ever calls me back. They also have sent me several incorrect bills, but how would they know, as the billing department never answers or returns calls either?!?! The staff was very impolite to myself and my boyfriend, and several nurses and two doctors made repeated insinuations that my boyfriend was either irresponsible, unsupportive of, or disinterested in myself and my pregnancy, in spite of constant reassurances that this was a planned, wanted child. Unfortunately, from what Ive heard from family, Dr. Anthony is a great gynecologist. He just needs a complete rehaul of his entire staff!

I had a great experience with this practice. They are a busy, high volume practice, but they take their commitment to patients seriously. Both of my pregnancies were followed by physicians at Cary OBGYN and they really helped me make decisions that were safe for myself and my babies. They are knowledgeable and seasoned. They took time to answer my questions and really weighed my desires for a certain "birth experience" against my risk factors and helped me make a decision that was a win for me as a mother and my babies. The physicians are personable and care for their patients very much. Ill continue my routine care with this practice and am happy to recommend this group to others.

This office was terrible. I had a test done and a routine pap and was told to wait for a phone call. After 1 week, no call, I call back. 2 weeks, they give me an automated #.....ok pap results are given by automated system Call office for results on genetic tests, was told not in yet. Next week same. Start calling daily no one picks up the phone I just keep leaving messages. Finally almost 2 months later I call and was informed by an administrator that the results had been in my chart for a month!!!! No one ever bothered to look, she was sorry. I was on pins an needles as well as my family. This place is a nightmare!!!
