Doctors here are great but that just makes it all the more frustrating that this practice is unusable as they never answer the phone -- whether you are calling as a patient or another doctor, they just let it go to voicemail and although the message says they will return your call, they never do :( They are also switching office locations to a temporary building but when they are moving and for how long is not information they know even when you ask in person-- they just say to call them to check the address of your next apt - and then dont answer the phone, ARGH!

Love Dr. Armstrong - though this is a temp. location I havent had any problems. It was easy to make my first appt amd Ive gad dozens more since tgen. The staff is always courteous and friendly and Dr. Armstrong is personable and supportive. He obviously knows what hes talking about but is laid back and makes me feel very comfortable - which rarely happens in medical situations from my experience.

So far Ive had a really great experience here. Dr. Bannon is just wonderful. The appointment starts on time and the nurses are very nice and accomodating.
