I brought my mother here with a very serious health concern. When I read Dr. Khans reviews, I booked an appointment right away. My experience here has been a nightmare. We arrived on time (Thursday 10/8) and were seen after providing necessary identification. The nurse who greeted us seemed nervous. She did not know how to do a patient history report, nor how to properly label a blood sample. We had to ask her to change the paper/cover roll on the exam table because it was obvious it had already been used. Before entering the exam room, Dr. Khan finished patient history for the nurse. She then pushed for a surgery (D&C) for the very next day. We suggested she look at my Mothers sonogram first, and at least take a blood sample before scheduling a surgery, and also expressed that it would be dangerous to do this procedure without checking to see if she needed a transfusion. Dr. Khan asked us to contact my Mothers primary care physician before disappearing. At the end of our appointment, we were forgotten in the exam room. I found the nurse and asked her if we were done and she had to go to Dr. Khans office because she did not know either. Dr. Khan then asked us to call back Friday for the results so that we can work to schedule a procedure at a later date . On Friday, I called in. The receptionist that answered let me know that Dr. Khan had left the office and would return on Saturday. I called on Saturday with no response. Due to the holiday, I called again on Tuesday to see if Dr. Khan could look at the blood results and see if my Mother would need a blood transfusion before the surgery. The receptionist let me know that Dr. Khan would call back. She didn’t. I took my Mother to our primary care physician, and she was surprised that Dr. Khan had already scheduled the surgery for next Friday. We had to go to a lab to get my Mother’s blood work done again because at this point, it was obvious that Dr. Khan would not give us the results. Today (10/15), almost a week later, I called the office one last time. The receptionist let me know that Dr. Khan has still not looked at the blood work. The procedure is scheduled for tomorrow. This entire experience has been exhausting, to be honest. The receptionist did not seem concerned that we were unable to contact Dr. Khan. I’m sure this office is fine for a yearly check-up. For serious, time-sensitive issues, they are unresponsive, apathetic, and unprofessional. Please do not send your relatives or friends here. Please be cautious.

My husband and I were very dissatisfied to say the least. Our first visit felt very rushed and made us feel unimportant. We were brought into her office which seemed pretty unusual and she used a paper wheel to predict my due date of June 26th..found out later that my true due date is July 4th! The CRAZIEST part of it all is the ultrasound she took lasted about 5 minutes max..after switching Doctors and going to my next visit I learned because Dr. Khan was in such a rush she missed a baby and WE ARE HAVING TWINS!! The one baby is much smaller than the other and if this was detected earlier on the baby would have had a much better chance of growing and even surviving!! Im trying to think optimistically but if its too late for the little baby its her to blame..as my new Doctor has me on 5 other meds now (vitamins, calcium, iron, etc) to try to help the growth. To top it off she ran through our visit as quickly as possible and almost walked out after her last word..I had to stop her and tell her I had questions!! Then she didnt recommend anything for nausea (like B6) but a prescription that I cant get because my insurance didnt cover. As we were leaving we had to wait for the man at checkout to get off of his phone to serve us. I strongly recommend seeking another Doctor if u are considering her!

This woman killed my twin nephews. My sister put her two babies lives in her hands and when she fell ill, Dr. Khan did not show up for 7 days. Dr. Khan ignored the deep chest cough my sister was experiencing and kept saying it was an allergic reaction. That cough turned into pneumonia which turned into RSV because it was ignored for 4 months. When my sister checked into the hospital, Dr. Khan was called right away and did nothing. Dr. Khan and the Fair Oaks hospital sent her home. 3 hours later, my sister was bleeding and we rushed her back to the hospital. After a series of frequent phone calls, Dr. Khan never showed up, never called, and ignored the ER Staffs phone calls. This woman should not be practicing. I dont know how she got her license. All Dr. Khan can do is kill your unborn children. If you want a guaranteed miscarriage, please see this doctor. If you want your unborn babies to live, AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This woman is unprofessional and irresponsible and does NOT care about her patients lives. Because of her neglect and carelessness, I had to burry my premature nephews and my sisters heart will forever be broken. How can you live with yourself, Dr. Khan? You killed two people yesterday and broke the heart of my family.

Very bad experience, she might be a good person but as a doctor she is not professional, she never makes notes on computer what she did and every time I had to remind her what she done last time . She is always in hurry . Every time she say maybe God wants this for you I wanted to ask her am I in a church or am I in a Doctor office for treatment. She always says leave it to God . I was taking clomid to get pregnant but every time when I went to do the ultrasound and see if im reacting she always said unclear things like Ill ovulate but she didnt know when she never give me a clear answer. When I wanted to change my doc and she felt that ,she didnt give me all the blood test i did . I ask the nurse to tell dr khan to give me a letter from last few months of treatment that at least the other doctor have an idea what was going on but she never give me the nurse said dr khan doesnt have that much time to write me a short letter about me background. Ill never suggest her to anyone.

I cant say enough good things about Dr. Khan and her staff. I walked into her office as a brand-new patient with a fairly complex and urgent medical issue. She was kind, compassionate, and more informative in five minutes than other doctors Id consulted were in multiple visits. I was impressed with how responsive she was to my calls, and she even texted me about some good test results! When I had to undergo surgery, she explained everything that would happen when she performed the procedure and followed up with me in the hospital the next day; everything went well and I recovered quickly. And another doctor of mine who she consulted before the surgery made a point of praising her -- he was quite impressed by how nice and professional she was. Her staff is also friendly and helpful, and the office is nicely furnished and neat. I havent had the best luck with OBGYNs in this area, so Im very glad to have found her.
