I cant believe I am writing a review about an OBGYN, but that is how terrible this place is. Dr. Hasiuk delivered me in 1991. He even came to my Christening when i was a baby. My mom had a very hard time with maintaining a healthy pregnancy after my brother and my sister and was bed ridden half of her pregnancy with me. My whole life, i have always heard amazing things about this miracle Doctor and was very excited to go to him for my first pregnancy. WHAT A MISTAKE. I dont know if he just lost his touch but his methods and his staff are absolutley HORRENDOUS. In my life i have never encountered such a rude medical practice.. And i work in a medical practice myself! I dont do these reviews often but i just feel the need to warn any expecting mothers or women looking for a GYN: STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! 1. The girls that worked there were extremely rude. I overheard them saying some really unprofessional and unkind things about a patient that was leaving her appt as i was waiting for mine.. The patient was in recovery from drugs.. I have family members with the same issues so i really took personal offense to these comments the staff were making about a PATIENT. I could not believe what i was hearing and there was no mistake that were speaking about this patient. Like i said before I Work In a medical practice myself and if any of the MAs ever in the slightest way, acted like any of these women behave on a daily basis, we would be CANNED.. RIGHT AWAY. 2. Dr. Hasiuk himself was just clearly out of touch and bedside manner was just terrible. Under his care, i felt misinformed, uncomfortable and misguided. Dr. Hasiuk, i believe definitly has one of those love him or hate him personality... I am not a sensetive person and usually get along with everyone but he was just down right offensive and out of touch. I have met MULTIPLE young women after my experience and they also had unpleasant experiences with this doctor and his staff.. A GYN visit should not be anymore uncomfortable than it already is... please do yourself a favor and dont go here if you want a pleasant experience during your pregnancy or just a normal visit in general.

(Mother of 4 ) (Dr Hasiuk delivered my 2nd child) hi there all moms/dads to be !!! Im Not biased and Im not defending or putting down anyones opinions here .... also for the record Im medically educated... Id just like to say some of the things said in these reviews maybe true I do not know .. but I do know I did not have that experience... what I can say to you is I have 4 children ....dr hasiuk is very old fashioned .. that may be scary to you , but let me tell you why this is a good thing when it comes to an Obstetrician.... there are many things an older doctor knows that are no longer taught or used in delivery today .. obstetrics basically is the one specialty i feel in the medical field where you need the older knowledge instead if forgetting it .. new knowledge is great but old techniques can save lives when it matter most here ... I can tell you if i hadnt had dr hasiuk to deliver my daughter shed have surely been dead with the dr I saw before I switched to him ... the younger group practice wouldve rushed me over to C-section and those precious seconds wouldve cost my daughter her life .. I assure you I have seen it .. so if you care that you doctor makes u feel fuzzy and warm and cant handle being told things straight or a dr that doesnt always say things that u find appropriate then I guess your trading life saving irreplaceable skills for a nice feeling that makes u more comfortable .. I never experienced him saying anything that made me feel uncomfortable he did have a sense of humor but that is all it was in my opinion .. but hey Im not trying to promote one Dr or another however the man in my opinion is on the ball when it comes to his capabilities and when its your babies life swinging in the mix Im choosing that over a young dr who watches who he offends with his words daily .. .. and I only posted this because Ive read all these reviews .. dr Hasiuk delivered my first daughter who was my 2nd child .. and I am now a nurse

I havent personally seen Dr. hasiuk, but the office at lower bucks hospital is a nightmare. Absolute worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor. I went in over two months ago to get a new form of birth control. I waited over an hour past my appointment time to go back and have Heather tell me shed need to call my insurance company to make sure the birth control I wanted was covered and that shed call me by the end of the week. A week and a half went by Nd I heard nothing, so I called asking why. I did this pretty much every week and got the same response- well have someone call you shortly to discuss this. I NEVER got a call from them. I finally had enough and called my insurance company to find out for myself. I asked if anyone from this office had reached out and the representative said no. I finally called the office yesterday to ask why they had not done what they said they had and to ask for my copay back as no actual service had been rendered to me. I had the pleasure of talking to the office manager. She was so unbelievably rude and unhelpful. I am dumbfounded as to how they still have patients. This is the most disorganized office and the staff is extremely rude and unhelpful. I will never return here. If I could give 0/5 stars I would.

Dr Hasiuk is a really nice Dr, However his staff is the worst group of people i have ever come in contact with. I can not believe that they are allowed to treat patients the way they do. I have never been talked to so bad in my entire life. They speak to you as if you mean absolutely nothing in this world. They cut you off when you try to speak and talk to you as if you are dumb and beneath them. I thought that it would get better with time maybe someone was having a bad day .... false it got worse. Then they sent me a bill and i tried to speak to someone about it and they were even more rude then the first few times. Even the manager was rude, possibly the rudest person there. I have never been so frustrated in my life. The amount of rude in that office completely amazes me. I hope Dr H knows who works for them, not even sure how they continue to have pts return. And this is coming from a person who runs a dental office that sees about 50 pts a day and i over see a staff of 20 people if one of my staff members EVER spoke to a person repeatedly like that i would fire them faster then they could blink. My advice DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!!!!!!!!! sAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE.

While Dr. Heather is EXCELLENT, her staff is unbearable. They are rude, they do not pay attention to details such as billing issues before scheduling appointments. I have showed up to appointments only for them to tell me as I show up that I cannot be seen or my appointment was changed on more than one occasion. I have tried to call this week alone to set up an appointment and i somehow reach the "After hours line" when it is still your regular business hours!!! Now mind you I am making an appointment because the LAST time I left work for said appointment I arrived to have the staff tell me that I could not be seen due to being a day early with Aetnas policy. I was infuriated that someone would make an appointment the day before the year is over. So now I have to take off of work AGAIN and I cant even make the appointment! The only reason I stay is because I really do like dealing with Heather and you are close to my place of employment. However this incompetency with the staff and making it impossible to make a simple appointment makes me glad I only have to come once a year. This is unacceptable.
