Very disappointing with this office. I went back in 2015 made payments to them however there were some cases where I did not receive a bill so was not able to pay them. 2 years later I get a call from collection I took care of it right away but why couldnt they call me or email me ? I stop going because I moved which they new this and never requested my new address the bill was not sent out until 6 months later why would you wait this long ? Unprofessional not organized at all you should have better control of your office and statements and bills Dr as well as Sue your delayed in professing everything cost me $200 in fees for a simple $200 bill and two years later probably a scam to get more money if you ask me. Was the work good it was is it worth the hassle two years later absolutely not very disappointed and wouldnt recommend this place to anyone After their reply Im glad at least the review was replied too. Just to clarify I was never called about this or emailed about it. When I found out about this the first thing I did was called you and asked Sue why no one ever contacted me she said she sent 2 letters and were returned I asked why not call me she said it was not your policy to do that so new clients rad the paperwork its in there. But I continue to by numerous emails about weather updates greeting cards but nothing that I owed money for now just wanted to clarify that very disappointing that your lack of follow up turns into this since a single phone call would have fixed this but again not your policy Im also glad your more aware of the situation since when I called you that was not the case or anyways what you said to me was you had no idea Im glad you do now. Best of luck to you I understand we both took it personal but I dont owe anyone anything never had a collection situation and this was frustrated to me again the office visit were great but not worth this hassle or your comments best of luck hopefully your policy changes or you guys actually follow up with Sue make sure someone in the office does their job

I used to think the idea of getting a chiropractic adjustment were the scariest words EVER due to my history of Fibromyalgia & Rheumatoid Disease. Now, I cant wait for my two days each week to visit Dr Steves office. It has taken a while because my upper back has so many knots. I hold a lot of tension in my upper back. But now Im starting to reap the benefits of our continued work. Thank you Dr Steve, youve made me a believer that chiropractic works wonders!! A++
