I have been using services from chiropractors for many years..... some helpful and some not so good. Several years ago, I had to be adjusted twice a day. After retiring, I have settled down and needed less service until old age caught up to me. I now need help with my neck. My grandson found out about Dr. James Stein and advised me to seek his help because he had helped him and my son James through some difficult times. Wow. What a difference. I was used to being adjusted (and hurt) with twisting and crunching manipulations by various chiropractors. Dr. Stein has a much better approach. He is interested in all the whole body systems and how they relate to and affect each other. The adjustments he makes are very subtle and I am never sore from any adjustment he makes. When he puts his hands on me, they seems to seek out the places where he can feel the pain himself. I hear him saying..."right there it is screaming" or "we are making great progress here".... and he is always right on. It is as though he develops a telepathic relationship with the inner workings of your body and this helps him draw on his specialized education and decide what is the best treatment you will need to ease your problem. Definitely not a one size (or treatment) fits all. I used to try and find ways to delay treatment with other chiropractic doctors, but now find it such a pleasure to see Dr. Stein that I can hardly wait to go again. I have recommended that my family physician refer patients needing chiropractic care to Dr. James Stein knowing full well that they will receive the best care possible.

An old whiplash injury and non-ergonomic desk led to a torn muscle in my shoulder 5 years ago, that 3 rounds of physical therapy and manipulative chiropractic treatments did not heal. Instead, my shoulder and arm muscles healed incorrectly. Last Fall, a friend learned about Atlas Orthogonal misalignments and how they can cause your entire body to be out of balance. She educated me about a treatment therapy that utilized sound waves to correct it. My search for a Dr who could help me with this technique led me to Dr James Stein. By means of an ex-ray and scale, he discovered my Atlas Orthogonal was off 4 degrees and my body was leaning 29 lbs to the right. Im thrilled to report my body has responded extremely well to the gentle pulses of the instruments Dr. Stein uses. Within 3 months, I no longer need orthotics, can balance on 1 foot again and wake up free of numbing and tingling in my arm. He is now using lasers to break down the scar tissue in my shoulder, so we can get the muscle into correct alignment. I thank God for Dr. Stein everyday. He has an amazing intuitive ability in which he can sense exactly where your body needs help during each appointment. You will love the sense of peace and balance you receive from his care! I wish I had met Dr. Stein before… It’s been more than 10 years of doctors’ visits, therapy, chiropractors, acupuncture, massages and so on.. .. lots of money thrown out there with little or no results. About 2 months ago I started visiting Dr. Stein and for the first time in the last few years I can say that I’m in my way to recovery. My aches and pains are diminishing notoriously and some are disappearing. I’m not a person who would write reviews online, but the results I’ve gotten are worth to spread the word and let some others learn that there is hope somewhere… give him a try, a few sessions and you’ll probably will be saying the same I’ve said: I wish I had met Dr. Stein before

I have only been seeing Dr. Stein for a few weeks, but I feel better than I have in years! Dr. Stein truly loves what he does and for that reason is able to utilize all of his knowledge in my treatment. I am so happy that I found Dr. Stein!

My migraines have already lessened after only a couple weeks and I dont wake up with neck pain every day. The probiotic regimen is also helping with IBS. Wish I knew him 20 yrs ago!
