I have two dogs a Weimaraner with epilepsy and a four month old puppy. My Weimaraner is on phenobarbital. I took my records and my dogs in August. I was told when the schedule for surgery for my puppy to get spayed they would call me to schedule. And they set my dog up for phenobarbital which we got a refill for two weeks later. I then came in on September 14 to get my puppy weighed for the trifexis, and was told my dogs phenobarbital was available. I waited an hour for these two medications and after an hour I left. My husband recieved a call that same afternoon apologizing for the wait I endured and saying both medications were available. Today after spending an hour waiting on the medications that were supposedly ready we were informed they did not half of my dogs pills and that there we like three spots left for a spay bc they never called us. I was disconnected while waiting to talk to the receptionist. The supervisor admitted they had issues with record keeping and had messed up my dogs prescription. And they never got back on the phone to see where I wanted my dogs prescription sent. Aweful service!!! I would hate to have my dog spayed here and they dont have the medications they need there. And they cant keep proper records on a controlled substance is quiet alarming!!

Legitimately the worst vet clinic I had to deal with. First, they told my husband the wrong information for when to bring our dogs in for their tests so they can be cleared to go overseas. Secondly, they took no accountability for that misinformation which will now lead to our dogs having to be quarantined when we actually get overseas. Finally, the lady that saw us had no idea what she was doing when it came to reading the dogs shot records, which would have caused one our dogs to get an unnecessary shot if the experienced vet wouldnt have stepped in. The lady said that we were responsible for knowing everything we needed and we did but she didnt know how to read the documents correctly and she was rude. Now they are telling me that they gave the lab the address to send the original paperwork for their FAVN and its not even the correct address. They did not specify that the paperwork would be mailed so now we have to hope that the mail is forwarded and if it isnt we have to pay 20 bucks to get new paperwork. I absolutely hate this clinic. We were originally gonna use Tiny Town clinic because they actually know what to do with overseas pets and weve been using them since we got to Ft. Campbell but noooo we HAD to use an on post vet. They make me hate having pets in the military.

Not helpful at all you would think they have experience with an overseas move regarding pets since they are a veterinary hospital ON AN ARMY INSTALLATION but I guess not. I opted to take my dog to an off post facility because they were way more helpful than this place would rather pay the extra money. Receptionist didnt know a thing and neither did the people working up front. Felt very brushed off by them and they did not answer any of my questions nor did they even try. Gave me beat around the bush answers that they werent even 100% sure of.

The staff was so very friendly. It was my first visit on year and it happen tp be a sad visit as staff helped me to lay my beloved family member to sleep. Still the staff talked me thru the process explained in detail and hugged and helped me deal with my loss. I will continue serves with them as i have other fur babies.

A great benefit for Active Duty and Retirees. Great medical care for your fur babies and a very good price. Not a place for emergency care. You will likely have to wait a few days for an appointment. The priority for care is the Military Working Dogs, dependent pets are secondary.

Ive been on hold for 9 minutes and counting but still willing to give them 5 stars. That should let you know how happy we were with service :) Weve had friendly staff each visit. The wait for an appointment and prices have been reasonable as well.

Great place I walked in on a Saturday with my cat and was seen. I did have to make an appointment for my other cat but I was ok with that. One of the Vets called to ensure my pet was ok and that the meds were working.

Not the best service. Took 5 minutes just to greet me. Its hard to schedule appointments here. They could only schedule 2 weeks out. Its also nearly impossible to reach them on the phone.

Completely incompetent front office staff. Could not get anything done on the computer and seemed oblivious to the customers waiting in the lobby.

Did not like the vetrenarian. The wait to pay for my bill after being seen was bizarrely long. Prices are not any cheaper than an off-post vet.

The worst clinic I have ever been to. They never called to tell me that my dog tested positive for a test done during a routine checkup.
