There are big screen HDTVs in every room displaying videos promoting their services - those tvs, the commercials they run on local stations, and everything else in their expensive looking office are paid for by the customers theyve railroaded. I went in for a cleaning and walked out with hundreds of dollars worth of x-rays that were not covered by my insurance, a care plan for over $5000 worth of dental work (with dates scheduled for the first surgery), but NO DATE scheduled for a cleaning. My main concern (and the only thing actually covered by my insurance) was of no concern to them. Bottom line: For Embassy Dental in Donelson its not about patient care, its about the patients cash. Prepare to be taken for as much money as youll allow them to take.

Think at least twice... This was my first dental experience since moving to Nashville after years with a great private practice in IN. What a world of difference. Start with the used car salesman approach to getting a new patient signed up on a treatment plan. Sadly I didnt leave right then. Then... there was not one singe person working in this office for the entire 2-3 months of my treatment...not even the doctor ! There were some nice and capable folks along the way but several that were neither. Eventually the treatment that was pitched was executed. Im not at all sure of the integrity of the work or what might be next ... It will not be be at Embassy in Donelson...

Dr. Moore has to be the best dentist I have had. He was very attentive and professional during my core build up and crown creation. I am a bit of a geek so I strive to learn everything I can about processes or procedures that strike me as interesting. Dr. Moore also took the time to explain the CEREC creation process for my crown when he saw me peaking over at the machine to see what they were doing. The dental hygienist, whos name escapes me, was wonderful and did a great job keeping me entertained and keeping my mind off the process. She was awesome and also took the time to explain the crown creation process and answered all of my questions. Thanks a ton!

I went to Embassy Dental to have teeth cleaned and pulled, and found the dentist to be really professional and personable with me, but when my mom had her teeth cleaned they gave her a detailed dental plan that totaled over 10,000.00 for work she had never been told she needed before. The dental hygienist also shared with her that they work on commission, which explains all the previous reviews that people experienced a real SALESMAN like approach - we will never go back there - despite the dentist being very likable, the fact that their services are commission-based rather than patient-centered is unethical at best!!

My first experience with Embassy Dental, from beginning to end, was WONDERFUL. Each and every person I talked to was great. They were sincere, nice and helpful. I called with an emergency and they made time for me. Although they were very busy the hygienist worked quickly and efficiently and she still took time to make sure i was understanding the process and was comfortable. The doctor was amazing as well. I feel so strongly about this offices outstanding customer service. I will definitely recommend them at every opportunity!

I have always been treated warmly at Dental Embassy Donelson. They explain to you what is to be done and quickly get to work on you. They even supplied sun glasses for me the first two or three times I was there. The bright lights do not agree with my contact lens and so I was made so comfortable. I really liked my doctor and Tonja really knows how to clean teeth and always does a great job and she will tell you what you need to do to keep your teeth in great shape.

Hey Robbie, this is Ali lol. Anyways great service, i saved almost $250 because another Dentist on Thompson next to 100 oaks wanted to charge me $586 for two wisdom teeth being surgically removed. I left there because they kept giving me the run arounds because there cone Xray machine was broke. I took my business to Embassy Dental and Robbie was the best. We talked about life, work and made me feel at easy. Procedure took maybe 30min or less. Great place and saved money.

This dentist didnt try to upsell me on dental work and services I didnt need. Instead, they took me through the process of options and what would be best for my health. I had bad teeth as a kid, and needed a lot of work done, but I am confident that nothing was done that I didnt truly need done. I love that the computer crown process was so simple and only took one day, so I didnt need to take a whole lot of time off work. Love the result.

I enjoyed my visit. The staff were all friendly. I informed the hygienist that my gums were sore and she took her time cleaning my teeth. She consistently asked me if I were ok and was really gentle. She answered all of the questions I had and I left the dentists feeling very knowledgeable about caring for my teeth/gums. Besides waiting for 30- 40 mins before being seen, everything else about my visit was great. I will be back.

All of the employees from start to finish were very nice. As a new patient, the first visit took about 2 hours. Everything that i need done was explained as well as the cost, which out of pocket is about 6,000.00 dollars with insurance. The only thing i didnt like was the cost... But it is what it is. I am going back next month to have work done. They are doing their best to get everything i need fixed as i can pay for it.

Everyone in this office is always disarmingly friendly and accommodating. Not only did they do a stellar job at my orthodontia checkup, but they even worked me in for a cleaning, which had been originally scheduled for the day after, saving me a trip. This was extremely thoughtful and appreciated beyond measure. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Embassy Dental. A+ all the way, every time!

I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment due to being held over at work, and they were extremely understanding and got me in and out expediently, but without sacrificing quality of care and never making me feel rushed. Embassy Dental at Donelson never disappoints. The orthodontist and his assistant, Tracy, are the friendliest, attentive, and helpful professionals with which one could ever hope to engage.

I have a dental phobia I am trying to get over, but as a result I havent been to the dentist in 8+ years. Starting with the woman who answered the phone and continuing to EVERY member of the staff, they couldnt have been kinder or more understanding. At no point did they make me feel ashamed for this childhood fear or for neglecting my dental health as a result. Thank you for being so great!!!

I was very impressed with the service and friendliness of the dentist and hygienist. The dentist explained what was going on during the filling procedure and made sure I was comfortable and didnt feel any pain or sensitivity. I am confident my fillings were repaired with the highest quality of work. The staff didnt feel rushed or make me feel rushed. I was very pleased with this visit.
