If I could put ZERO stars I would, Worst place EVER they have no patience with anyone , but more importantly with children. I got some dental work elsewhere, the Dentist here got extremely pissed off simply because I told her what another dentist told me, she got so offended and told me that if I trust him then maybe I should just keep getting my work there and quickly started bring up the fact that they wouldnt do any dental work that didnt need to be done, she also said that she wouldnt be taking my money or money from the insurance assuming that I was even conserned about the money.I wasnt telling her or the other dentist that neither were wrong I just wanted to get the best treatment and get a different opinion from another dentist , I didnt mean to upset her, I felt like I truly got disrespected and treated bad the fact that she quickly told the girls up front to take me off any appt, and that I will no longer be getting seen there no more. I feel no one should get treated like that. Definitely not a good thing that youre the owner and you treat your patients that way! Never going back!

Only bad experiences with them. A while back my daughter was due for her appt, i showed up only to the front desk notifying me the doctor was off and they claimed to have called my cell to notify me, yet i had no missed call from them. I asked them to verify they had the correct number and they did. Yet i went back since caldwell dentistry was booked. They gave me an appt 6 months in advance. When her appt was due, to my surprise they had moved. Did not bother to call me since my daughter had an appt with them to notify me of their move. Their phone number had changed also. Still i decided to give them a chance made another appt at the new location. I remember the dental assistant and the doctor being more patient and it was the same doctor that always saw my daughter. No patience whatsoever. All they kept saying is shes been there 3 times, so what? Shes still scared of the dentist. Just went to lose my time. Never going back here again.

Without patience with children should be more comprencibles hope your children go not crying and if they do ask them because they cry sometimes be pain and others because they scold or yell be careful that you today happened to my child he came out crying and he said nothing until he left the clinic scolding your dentist and get scared and think they are preofecionales the care of children sergeants scolds

Ive been going to Integrity for a few years now. I really believe they care about the affordability of their procedures and the quality of their work. Ive never felt a recommended procedure was superfluous. Every employee and doctor has shown me no less than the utmost respect and kindness.
