The only reason I am giving a one star is because 0 is not an option. My daughter in law was seen here yesterday for her 2 top wisdom teeth. The dentist there pulled one and attempted to pull the other. She couldnt get the other out so just sent her home. This morning my dil woke up in extreme pain on the side they couldnt get out. I called at 845am and Dr wasnt in yet, they said they would call when she gets there. I call back at 1030, at that time she is with a patient. Call again at 125pm and now she gets on the phone and says they will work on getting her in to a surgeon. I say that I already got her an appointment with a surgeon for tomorrow but she needs pain medicine. She says take Motrin that she gave her. It doesnt help at all. She LIED to me and said she only used her fingers to feel the tooth that she couldnt get out. My dil says she used a tool and pulled very hard. Her gum is hanging down now. Dont think that is caused by a finger. She did wrong and now wants to lie. Very unprofessional. Same goes for her office staff. Never again will I recommend them to anyone. Dr. Heckley you are a joke.

At first is was ok then it turned into the worse I went in to get my wisdom teeth removed they numbed me with 8 shots (Ive never had teeth removed I also have tmj which is lock jaw I told them both before she started) she yanked and pulled so hard on my teeth my sides of my mouth hurt. She let me have a break and attempted to get my other wisdom after yanking and pulling she couldnt get it. She said she could get me to see a surgeon to get the other one. I went home as soon as the numbing wore off I felt a lot of pain in the side she didnt get the tooth this morning I woke up and I cant open my mouth and the pain is unreal its so much worse than the wisdom tooth pain I had my mother in law call since I can hardly talk and the dentist lies and said she didnt do anything than feel it with her finger? If thats the case why am I so swollen on the side she did nothing to? Why does it not hurt on the side she took the tooth but the side she didnt? She did wrong and she doesnt care! Now I go to see a surgeon tomorrow and hope and pray that they can fix her mistake

Seeing that this is a relaxing, stress-free environment is a joke. When I went here the experience was awful. I once sat in the chair waiting for them to begin working on my teeth and all that happened was me getting numbing shots and the staff walked right past me. After being in that chair over an hour I finally asked when the Dr. was coming and they told me to follow them. The nurse walked me to the entrance and told my mom who had brought me "I was being difficult." So dont waste your time or money on this joke of an "Dental Office."

I had seen the dentist once, loved her and the staff. Recently had another visit and I couldnt even walk passed the front desk! The receptionist needs replaced!!! Never have I ever seen a more unprofessional, disrespectful, or a disgusting business! Highly disappointed. I would never recommend this dental office to anyone again. Horrible customer service and struggling to do the job! Lost my business!!!

Horrible experience the staff was extremely rude lost my daughters crown then found it months later after waiting a month to get an appointment we get there and the crown did not fit. Then they released us from their care because they knew they had messed up. I would never suggest anyone go there.

I have to say that from my first visit to my second visit this dental office was ! Everyone including the receptionist was very polite. The dentisist was very gental and very good at her job. I would recommend anyone to go there.
