I contacted Dr. Eades directly by email and asked for an estimate for a basic cleaning - seems pretty simple, right? Well, he refused to even give me a ballpark figure - Id have to make an appointment to come in and find out. Well what the heck? Of course Im not going to go in for a visit and let you charge me whatever you want when you wont give me a price estimate in the first place. Luckily, many other dentists in town have good service for prospective patients. Call me cynical, but Id say this is his way of weeding out patients for whom cost is a concern. Im sure he makes a lot of money that way, but it doesnt seem ethical. Also, his grammar and manners are terrible in email, I can only assume from the other reviews that he is better in person.

This office is wonderful for adults: spotless, efficient, wide range of treatment options available, and really listen to patients. It is also wonderful for children as they assume parents will come with young children for cleanings. For treatments they not only allow parents with the child, they even suggest that the parent can sit on the chair and hold the patient. The costs that I have been able to compare directly are comparable to other dentists in Bloomington. They also saved me a considerable amount of money (and time!) by having an alternative to crowns/veneers available for one tooth repair.

Dr. Eades is wonderful, and his staff is too. They call you by your first name and they are very welcoming when you go there. They call and remind you about your appointment times and always ask and tell you about procedures prior to doing them. If you dont want or need a procedure you can say no. They do treat you like your are family and if you need to go to someone else for a surgery or something they make good recommendations. I highly recommend them. My family and I have been going for over 20 years now.

We are long time fans of Dr. Luke Eades and his friendly staff. In twenty years of service, we have never had a visit with our dentist that was not excellent. From routine dental work to minor dental emergencies, Dr. Eades and his staff have met all of our expectations. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff are delightful, appointments are timely, billing is a breeze and all of this by an expert and friendly team of dental professionals.

The entire office is professional and friendly. I came to Dr. Eads on the recommendation of someone who works in my office and I would NEVER switch. Their costs are slightly above U&R as my insurance company goes (IU), but its well worth it for the great staff, modern equipment and procedures, and personal experience. I would recommend them for anyone in Bloomington.
