Dr. Patel provided an excellent experience. She took time to introduce herself and get to know me as a patient beyond dental history. As Dr. Patel completed the exam and cleaning she explained what procedure she was doing and worked to ensure my comfort with each step of the process. From start to finish the dental care and personal care were top-notch. Beyond care she provided, she offered to provide referral to specialists for any optional care we discussed. It was comforting for her to acknowledge some options without pushing services - she left the decision up to me while offering professional guidance about which care options were essential and which were discretionary. Additionally, her support staff handled scheduling, intake, and additional details wonderfully. Im glad I listened to recommendations and chose Dr. Patel for my dental care.

My experience at Nolensville Family Dentistry far exceeded my expectations! Both Vicki and Dr. Patel are very professional! The office is state of the art! I love Dr. Patels conservative approach to dentistry. She did a thorough examination and an excellent job explaining my options. I returned today to have two small cavities fixed and I actually almost fell asleep during the procedure! Thats crazy, but thats how comfortable and painless it was! I highly recommend Dr. Patel!

I came to Dr. Patels office after I had a terrible experience at another dentist. Dr. Patels office is extremely clean, the staff are very friendly, and she is very HONEST and skilled in what she does. She went the extra mile to fix the issues caused by another dentist without even charging me for it. She called me on her own time to check whether her treatment helped. I had several fillings done by her all on the same day and the procedure was very painless and fast. I am very thankful I found this office and Id recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great dentist.

I have a huge phobia with dentists. I spoke to them regarding it before going to get my teeth clean. Dr. Patel was so patient with me. She told me every move she was going to make so I was prepared. Her staff made sure I was very comfortable through the entire experience. These ladies are unbelievably kind. They will work with you and your insurance so that out of pocket costs are at a minimum. Nolensville Family Dentistry is now my entire familys dentist. I recommend this office to anyone, especially if you are nervous about the dentist.

Dr. Patel thoroughly made me feel comfortable and explained everything as she went. During the cleaning she even stopped periodically to ask if I was doing OK.
