PARENTS BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!. After my son got about $1400 worth of dental work ($800 of which is not covered by insurance) I paid cloose to $500. I recieved an awful letter stating that i was neglecting my childs care but not bringing him back to the dentist to complete the dental work that he needed. My child was three and i plain couldnt afford to pay off the balance. The front desk clerk pam told me several times that the balance would need to be paid in full before i could make another appointment to continue his fillings. Well since i couldnt afford it i did not pay the balance. Instead of sending this to collections like a respectable business, the stooped so low, that I truly question their real motives. The office called the department of children and families on me for neglecting my child. So they did their best to shame a working parent, and then decided to call the state and make baseless accusations because i could not afford their bill!. Great job Dr. Sharrow and whomever else took part in attempting to get two beautiful children ripped away from their great home, ALL OVER A$300 BILL. My children have never been placed in any danger due to my actions. Anyone who is willing to go to such disgusting levels of harrasment for $300 does not do good business and i would definitely not recommend them to anyone that I know.

The only reason I give them one star is because their is no anything less than one . I took my wife at 2120 Murfreesboro pike Nashville TN location on Thursday. DR SHAROW is very disrespectful person who talk people down.he didnt have any professional ethics so ever.he wants things to go only his way and not ready to explain to you anything. I ask him what options wold be better and to explain for me he always talking about the price and his focus was on money.The way he respond to my wife is not acceptable.thanks to his assistance who frustrated by his attitude try to explain to me and claim him down.finaly we get over with him. At the same day I saw Spanish lady with 2 year old who have tooth problem Was trying to get information from front desk was ignored and left the facility with disappointment. If anyone looking dentist DR Sharow needs to be the last option.

I was referred to Dr. Sharow by a coworker after complaining of the extreme pain I was having in a decaying molar. When I called, the receptionist was very sympathetic and accommodating, and she set me up an appointment for first thing the very next morning. I was nervous, as it had been years since I last had a tooth extracted. Dr. Sharow was very reassuring and made me feel as comfortable as possible. He did a great job and I havent had any problems since the extraction.

I am the kind of person who hates to go to the dentist, but Dr. Sharow and his team helped put my mind at ease. From the minute I arrived in his office his staff was warm and welcoming. Even though I was just going in for a routine cleaning, I felt that everyone, from the receptionist to the doctor himself, cared that I was there. I would highly recommend Dr. Sharow for everything from teeth cleaning to cosmetic work. I think you will be quite satisfied with the results.

Dr. Sharrow, and his team always provide great service. They are friendly, professional and compassionate. I arrived early and was taken directly back for my cleaning. Always welcomed and greeted on a first name basis, and given a tour of the new facility, which is comfortable and designed very nicely. The staff at Next Generation Dentistry always makes me feel welcomed. Best dental team I have ever encountered. Its actually a joy to go to the dentist.

Terrible! Worst treatment ever!! Wasted money and time! Ive been to many dentists and BY FAR this is THE WORST! Complained many times, nothing has changed! They try their very best to escape your questions and provide 0 help whatsoever Dentist himself yelled and said he can not waste any time, with patients or front desks, to help with the information we asked for! This is for a fact a place Id never want to go to again!

Dont waste ur time and money !!!! This place will rip you off. They will give u a price at the beginning of the treatment and at the end it will be double the price! Dont waste ur breathe because they will blame it on insurance ... Save ur time and money and go to a place that is honest and nice to deal with.

Dr. Sharow is a very kind and gentle. I have never worked with a dentist who cared more about my teeth than I did. He truly shows that dentistry is his passion. I was referred to Dr. Sharow from my insurance company and I couldnt be happier! I recommend him and his office to EVERYONE, he is wonderful.

Dr. Ralph is kind and patient but his hygienist, Kathy, has terrible bedside manners. When asked about the refer a friend incentive, her response was "all I do is clean teeth." Not to mention the rushed cleaning and lack of concern for why I was there in the first place!
