Worst dentist ever!!!! I work for the state and have dental insurance, Im prior military so I understand dental cleanings and checks. I went in for an initial appointment and the dentist briefly told me I need a 173$ gingivitis cleaning. I said I cant do that right now but how much is just a normal cleaning. Veronica at the front desk told me that they could not do a regular cleaning bc it wouldnt do me any justice. I said I dont care I just want my teeth cleaned for right now. Then she gave me the excuse that my dentist made a dental plan(which Im unaware of) and that they have to follow that. So I told her if Im paying insurance and want a normal cleaning why can I not get it? She then said the dentist could lose there license and that I can get no more dental service there until I pay the 173$. This was the worst customer experience ever, the least professional place ever. Veronica and her new trainee were openly discussing other customers treatments and records for the entire waiting room to hear. Violated hippa policy. I will never recommend this place and will beg my provider to drop them from our network.

Forget the warm fuzzy feeling you get from have a cleaning and dental visit here! My insurance asks us to pick one dentist and stick with them, so I chose Castle because it had everything. First I had a broken tooth; their oral surgeon does not take my insurance. Second, at my second cleaning the Dental Hygienist informs me I have a gum disease that requires them to do a procedure on me where they pull my gums up and scrap from the very top to the bottom, O it will only cost around $2,000 upon recovering from utter shock and informing her no way no how, she refuses to do a cleaning because it will not do you any good (as she is slamming things around) Needless to say I left and they tried to charge my insurance for a cleaning anyway! I found a new dentist Dr.Keen, she and her staff are wonderful, friendly and kind. Shockingly enough I suddenly do not have a serious gum disease, and besides a small cavity my teeth are in good shape. They were concerned with how I felt and it was a very strange feeling indeed! I adore them but would not recommend Castle Dental to my worst enemy

I have dental issues and I was hoping Castle Dental would be somewhere I could count on for my dental needs. I had to have a tooth pulled- previous dentists had mentioned that I might as I managed to keep some of my baby teeth- molars. Eventually, I would need to have them pulled. Well, one tooth decided to go "bad" and it was causing me tremendous pain. I went to castle dental and they said I would in fact need it pulled. I have insurance but for some reason the insurance wasnt going through so I paid out of pocket. They charged me 250 dollars to perform a very simple extraction. The total bill was way over 300 dollars- almost 400. The oral surgeon didnt even pull all that hard. There was no surgery and the tooth wasnt in danger of breaking. I feel very taken advantage of by Castle Dental. I have been trying ever since to file a claim with my insurance. Castle Dental keeps giving me the run around on their part of the claim. I will never go back to Castle Dental. If you do use them- get a second opinion- just my two cents.

I have four people in my family. When I make appointments for all of us, they have to all be on separate days. Its "company policy" to not book more than one family member per day because you might cancel and it will hurt their business. Great. Its taken over a year for all of us to get one cleaning because as soon as your appointment comes up they reschedule for unforeseen issues with the Doctor. This is mean and I hate it but the receptionist is dumber than a football bat. When I asked to setup a consult for orthodontist and a teeth cleaning she just about blew a fuse trying to figure out how to make the appointment. I told her forget it. I went to this dentist on my bosses recommendation. The insurance we have is limited so I thought this will work. Well, after over a year of rescheduling and my boss is dealing with a crown he has had to replace three times its safe to say this dentist wont be around for long. Or at least I hope so. DONT give them your email @. They will spam you to death.

I have made two appointments here for a root canal. the first I waited for 2hrs and all they did was a x Ray. the next appointment was a full month later. I am in so much pain I can't sleep! I get to the appointment 30 minutes early and sat there for 45 minutes and I was the only person there! They finally call me back and do another x Ray! really!!!!! Then they tell me the Dr. will be in to talk with me. She never came! After about an hr of waiting the assistant came in asked had the Dr. been in. I said no, she then says the Dr. is referring me to another dentist that can do the root canal due to Dr. carrion not having the ability to work on that particular tooth. I asked didn't she know that a month ago when I came? Please listen to me.....stay far far away from this place! You won't get anything accomplished here!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! This place is a joke!! They will take advantage of you when it comes to billing! They tell you to pay one thing which I do and shockingly I ALWAYS get a bill stating I owe more when you inquire they talk in circles and make zero sense!!! When leaving my visit on 5/24 I was told by Jessica I owe 0 for my cleaning and that she would get my balance adjusted as she didnt understand why it was there. NO return calls after I had called several times from office manager, the office "manager" KIM is useless!!!! And then I get another bill for 50.00 for that date of service?!?! Called again guess what no Kim... So I called Corp. office same run around no direct answers and I still owe 127.50! I paid it due to frustration and not wanting to go to collections!! Never again will I return!!

Been going for over 5 years. Theyve had the same staff and specialist for quite some time and weve learned to know each other by name. Very personal and very friendly with me. Yes their scheduling can be rough sometime but you have to realize they are servicing a lot of people and like any medical facility that performs a routine maintenance they are booked way in advance. One of those reasons is price. Sometimes you get what you pay for but with Castle Ive come to realize they have excellent prices and the professionals that Ive worked with for cleanings and fillings know what theyre doing. Ive been able to call and cancel / reschedule my appointments but Ive never had them contact me and ask to reschedule. My wife and I both use the facility and would gladly recommend it to a friend.
