I am new to the area and took my girls to see Dr. Cox. I was shocked to hear that she thought one daughter needed four fillings and the other needed seven. She didnt want to give them shots, but have them take a drink to do the work under sedation. All of this was going to be very expensive, over $1000 AFTER my insurance paid 80%. I decided to get a second opinion. We went to another office, and not only do my girls need ZERO fillings, but the sealants they have are in good condition, meaning that its not possible for there to be a cavity there. Dr. Cox lied to us. She fabricated the whole thing. She didnt want to do anything painful like an injection, but just wanted to take our money for work that was complete,y unnecessary. Im filing formal complaints. This Dr. Should not be allowed to see children and manipulate their parents. Im truly disgusted.

This dentist COMPLETELY WASTED MY TIME!!! My daughter has been in a lot of pain due to cavities, and they were able to get her in for a cleaning and consultation the very next day. I told them if they could not get her in to have the cavities filled in the next 2 weeks, I didnt want to waste my time bringing her in. They promised that wouldnt be a problem, so I brought her in. After her cleaning and X-Rays were complete, they told me that their first available appointment was in 6 MONTHS! Seriously!! My daughter has to be in pain for 6 MONTHS! I dont think so!

Ive only been once, but the staff are really nice and welcoming.. Not to mention, very pretty ;P. I like this dentist office much better than wild about smiles in the boro. My child also mentioned that she liked Cumberland pediatric much better. Tho i dont like that i have to sit so close to other parents in the back while my kid is having her teeth cleaned..but thats just the social phobia speaking lol XD.

The staff was Awesome, We went to another dentist office in Smyrna that stated they were kid friendly (It was awful )So we went back to Nashville after school, so coming home we were in traffic for 1 in a half hour. So now we are so please with Cumberland Pediatric that I couldnt wait to tell my Father. I cant wait to take my 15 year old Daughter.

Cumberland pediatric dentistry is a wonderful place. The staff is always super helpful and courteous, the doctors are awesome. They always explain everything in detail and make sure I sign off on all procedures. We love this dentist office. They also play movies on screens in the ceiling above dental chairs and in the waiting room.

I took my 1 year old daughter in for her first trip to the dentist. The environment was so kid friendly and the staff was great! They showed me exactly how to care for my daughters teeth at home which was a huge help. We will definitely be coming back here for her next cleaning.

Best experience Ive had so far at a clinic with my child ! Staff and doctors were so friendly and welcoming ! My daughter felt so comfortable and happy ! After a procedure was done to her they called me after a few hours to check up on her and I totally loved that gesture !!!!

I love this dentistry so far. My young children of 3, 4, and 10 yrs arent afraid of the dentist and already love coming here and having their teeth cleaned. The hygienists and dentists are great with the children and that allows the kids to have a calm and relaxed experience.

My daughters have been coming to this dentist for years. My 15 year old Mariah still loves coming here and wouldnt go aanywhere else. Short wait times, great staff and they are fast. Im usually out within an hour. I enjoy watching the kids movies too while I wait for her :)

Friendly and caring staff. They make sure the kids are comfortable and relaxed and take time with the parents to address concerns and treatment plans. This is an excellent dental clinic! We have been patients here for 8 years and cant imagine going anywhere else.

We love it here. My 9 year old always asks when can he go back to the dentist. My 3 year old hates being on the dentist chair, but shes always happy and smiling when she leaves. The dentist even gave her stuffed animal a "teeth cleaning" to make her happy!
