Being lied to in order to make a profit is infuriating. Yes, the staff are friendly and the office is clean and "modern" looking, but telling me that my teeth are not able to be cleaned regularly with out charging me $500 AFTER insurance is absurd. I decided to get a second opinion and am SO glad I did! The other office I went to needed my x-rays that were taken just days prior. I called Modern Destistry a total of 5 times and left messages that were never returned. Never did get in touch with anyone. Even the new clinic I went to had trouble getting a hold of them. After finally getting a hold of someone, I was told that my x-rays couldnt be emailed. Instead, they offered to take a screenshot and print them out but Id have to go get them! Why not just email the screenshot? I thought this was supposed to be modern? The other clinic I went to? Told me they had no idea what Modern Dentistry was talking about. Cleaned my teeth normally and with out charge.

A SCAM! I wish zero stars were an option. Everyone there is, to a greater or lesser extent, a charlatan. In other terms, petty thieves! Their practice is that of overdiagnosis and overcharging, especially Dr. Birrer. Petty scare tactics will be used in an attempt to trick you into advanced cleanings and other procedures that are NOT indicated. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I feel most sorry for the family of Birrer. He is a disgrace to his vocation and brings shame on his family. I can not wait until he gets caught, prosecuted and loses his dental license.

Me and family drove from clarksville because clarksville modern dentistry didnt have their sergeant in office as of yet, as we enter in they immediately took our 12yes old daughter back with out any explanation to use and my wife ask if she could come back with her assistant said no. After 4mins I finally went back myself to check on our daughter. We know every offices have different procedures they lost our trust and confidence didnt give us any assurance on what was going to take place very very disappointed. Wouldnt recommend to no one.

I used thier online schedule request. On the day that my appointment had been requested, I took off from work, was driving and called to let them know I was behind, to be told I wasnt in the system and not scheduled. Lady on the phone said that is a request only and that it is not a scheduler. I told her I got an email back, she was like I am sorry. I sent them an another email explaining what happened and still nothing. Not bothering with them at all.

Friendly, clean and modern - all the while convincing you that you need far more work than you really do, and overcharging at the same time. $900 out of pocket for a crown after a filling came out. After claims filed through the 2 dental insurances Im covered by and 2 months later, I still have not received any of this back. Go somewhere else and save your money. Price gouging crooks.

WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! If you are not experienced in dental procedures they will play on your fears by showing you images and telling you how bad your situation is. Went in for a cleaning and came out owing over $500 after insurance for a deep cleaning they said was necessary to prevent infection. NOT NECESSARY. The staff are professional salespeople. STAY AWAY, ZERO STARS

Love this practice and their staff. Dr. Lee was amazing with my children, took her time with us answered questions, and made my little boy feel comfortable. Ariel was lots of fun and great with him as well. Made the experience completely painless for all! Highly recommend to anyone!

I was skeptical at first, however, they are very clean and pros at what they do. It may be a little more expensive than your modern dentists offices, but they are very gentle and work with you offering payment plans for nearly every procedure.
