After finally deciding to go to a new dentist since we had moved to town, I chose Perfect Smiles based on some reviews on Google and also decided to ignore the negative review from a few years ago based on the comments that the main dentist had left. I had not had a cleaning in about 4 years, and I do build tarter more than a normal person. After a lot of x-rays(some which I found out later were not necessary), the dentist came in and literally I opened my mouth for about a minute and she said "you need a deep cleaning" and walked out. After about 10 minutes the hygienist came in for my "bill" for the "deep cleaning". It was about $450.00 and included 2 cavities. When I asked if there was anything we could do that would be cheaper I was told that would be "insurance fraud." She kept telling me over and over what good insurance I had and the cleaning would normally be double that. After I told her it was not financially feasible for me their insurance department offered me a $7.00 discount and to pay the remaining balance off in 3 payments because it would take 3 2-3 hr appointments for this cleaning and they couldnt start that day. After this I walked out after I had been in there and 1.5 hours most of the time was spent waiting in the chair while they showed some obscene crime show on the T.V. in my room. There was only 1 other person in the building. After hearing this report I called my hometown dentist office 3.5 hours away and asked what they would recommend. They helped me get my records after I had already called and asked to be called back 2-3 times(with no return call.) They got my records for me and then did my cleaning on Memorial Day weekend. I did need a deep cleaning, but they were able to do it for me for $50.00 and I had NO cavities. Perfect Smiles Dental was taking advantage of my good dental insurance and billing for unnecessary items such as antibiotics "needed for the procedure". All I needed was numbing gel. They had me rated on a scale of 9-10 when most of my mouth was 1-2 and I had a couple spots that were a 3-4. I am so thankful I went with my gut and left their building before they got anymore money from my insurance and especially before I paid anything out of pocket. I will say the hygienist was nice and showed compassion; however, the Dentist and the receptionist were both rude and very impersonal. My warning is stay away!!!!

I recently had my first visit to the dentist in a few years- I initially went to AspenDental and did not receive good quality of care or services and the price quoted for services were ridiculous- so I decided to hold off on treatment and decided to try another dental office. (Aspen only did my x-rays and exams). So during my search of a clinic I found Perfect Smiles. I was impressed with the website which seemed genuine and patient focused- so I decided to give it a try. Upon my arrival into the center I was pleased with the extra perks in the waiting area. When I was pulled back for consultation and treatment, Hygienist Lori introduced herself to me and she was very engaging and genuine. I was very pleased with how Lori gave her recommendations during my consultation and then furthermore explained everything that she did and was going to do. The cleaning I received was pain free and quick. Aspen Dental lead me to believe I needed additional services due to the lack of care not provided over the last few years. From my understanding and view point my mouth was not that bad and Lori confirmed this. She gave me compliments on my teeth and confirmed what I already (kinda-sorta) knew. I appreciated her honesty. During treatment I felt that Lori handled me with care and I am very appreciative of that. Overall I am very confident in the work received at this dental center and will be completing all of my dental needs at this office. I have a few things scheduled appointments and will definitely be returning. Signed a Happy New Customer, K Ross

Would NOT recommend. Completely unprofessional. On a Wednesday I received a call from this employer regarding a potential receptionist job opportunity. She offered to meet and interview with me that Friday at 4pm. I knew it was after hours, but thought she scheduled that intentionally so there would be less distraction. I knocked on the door several times, called and left a message. The building next to it appeared to be owned by the same company so I called that number as well, only to have an automated message telling me it wasnt a working number. Worst part all of this. I never received a return call, apology or anything. Says a lot about their character. This company doesnt have your best interest in mind.

More than once, weve called or visited this office for SCHEDULED office visits and found the place to be empty. Today is one of those scheduled appointment days. A little before 9:00, the scheduled time, the patient went to the office only to find the doors locked and no one answering the phone. About 15 after, the patient decided to not wait for someone to show up. This is unacceptable. The bad thing is, i referred this patient because I had gotten decent service from the dentist and hygienists and thought it would be a good idea for her to use this office, too. NOT. Very disappointed.

DANGER!!!! DR. Gray it is a scam!!! Dr. Gray said that I needed a route cannal. After hours of pain and $1,200. I continued to have problems. I went to another dentist and after a xray was done. It confirmed that NO route cannal was done!!! She also charge me to fill a cavity. Then she "forgot" to fill it. Well guess what? IT was not even a cavity according to my new dentist. I and my insurence company had to fight for a refund. I only got $700 back. I have reported her to the BBB. She has 2 names Smile Design Studio and Perfect Smile.

My toddler had cavities even though I have been brushing like crazy. As a mom, I was scared as to what that meant. I took her to two Pediatric dentist offices and they both wanted to take her to a surgery center and put her under anesthesia just to treat her, but that just never sat good with me. Dr. Sarah and her team were awesome with my little girl, and they were able to treat her without her going to a surgery center. Glad I went with my gut. I am very thankful, and we have found our permanent dentist office, no more searching

Dr. Gray and her staff at Perfect Smiles are great! Ive now been three times in the last three weeks after not having been to a dentist in over 10 years(hence three visits in three weeks) and my experience has been better than I could have ever imagined going to a dentist. Dr Gray and her staff are friendly, helpful and caring, I feel like Ive known them for years instead of just weeks. They do a fantastic job minimizing pain and discomfort, I would highly recommend them to anyone needing dental care!

This was the worst dental experience I have ever had! They were rude, and incompetent. These people should loose their license before they seriously hurt someone! They botched my x-rays, lied about the potentially harmful effects of having to get 12 x-rays because they messed up so badly. They even did work on the wrong tooth. I am going to make an ethics complaint, but I guess I should have expected shoddy work when I saw the outside of their dumpy building.
