I cannot sing the praises of Franklin Dental Care enough. Each staff member, as well as Dr. Gordon and Dr. Maizan, go above and beyond to care for each patient. Theyve worked around my chaotic schedule to squeeze me in when they were already booked and I never felted slighted or rushed. I have always been impressed with Dr. Gordon and her willingness to go the extra mile. She is knowledgable, patient and kind. Yesterday I went in for a referral and was shocked when Dr. Maizan called that evening to make sure I was okay and left his personal cell number if anything should arise before I was able to seen by the oral surgeon. In a world where customer service seems to be falling on everyones list of priorities, Franklin Dental Care really excels at it.

i like that that let you start watching TV before the actual procedure. then when they actual start it, you are basically still watching TV, no nervous at all. plus the whole time, when they work on your teeth, you can kill the time by watching TV, great way to ease the nerve. i went there to get a filling of my soon to be cavity teeth. and they did exam first, then showed me the problem on the screen, a different staff came to the room to talk about the payment before you agree to do it, unlike some places will just go ahead do it, then suprise you later with a big bill which you can not say NO.doctor Paul called me couple hours after to check on me too.

Dr Paul Maizan is the best around town and the employees treat patients very nicely and politely and the office is clean and classy
