I got along with everyone, the dentist and assistants seemed professional, and the place was clean. But on my first visit, they told me I had 13 cavities and proceeded to screw up one of the two fillings they did the next time I came. I changed dentists, was told there was only 1 cavity worth doing anything about, explained to me how he came to that decision, and then fixed the mess these guys left behind for free. Even though my new dentist is kind of a jerk, he doesnt hide things or overstate problems like these guys. Dont trust.

Dr Newman rereleased my daughters severe tongue and lip tie. The first time was done by an ENT, but we saw no improvement. Dr Newman did it with a laser (so so so much better that scissors) and then had us do tongue and lip stretches. DO THEM! I dont care if your tired, I dont care if your kid hates them, I dont care if its 3am, just do them. I was there, Ive been bitten, Ive been exhausted, my kid hated them, it was worth it. My next kid will be here within days of their arrival.

Poor reimbursement process. Still waiting nearly 3 months later on reimbursement from the office. Of course, Mikel Newman is paid first and foremost since the business doesnt have enough capital to operate appropriately.
