If I can give them a NO STAR I WOULD!!! First, the check in seemed fine, then the rotary xray, the lady didnt even ask me to take my earings off! she just went ahead and put me in the middle and took the xray. Then the single shots xray. She was rushing, and I felt like she thought I wouldnt know what she was talking about if she explained what she was doing or about to do. so i finally talked! i asked how many more, then she said how many more. Then we walked to the VERY UNPRIVATE rooms where you would sit to get your treatment. I can hear the patient in the next room and the technician was EVEN TALKING TO THE WOMAN IN THE NEXT ROOM! She lowered the chair without telling me, and I was just in a car accident last month resulting with a bad back! So now my back pain returned because of that. Then the hygienist! Damn the heaviest hands Ive had in my mouth! Up to now my gums hurt and still bleeding. She alarmed me saying i have gum diseases and so on and so forth. The dentist came in and she said she doesnt agree with that and I have normal recession of gums and bone loss!!! After that they were recommending I have deep cleaning done, with that hygienist??? No way. I asked if I can have just the regular cleaning and they said no way. So I cancelled my appt. Too bad I liked the their dentist she was up front and told me everything she saw in the xray. Too bad she works with people like that!

Visited Aspen Dental in Avon, IN to have my lower partial adjusted as it was cutting into my gums and had "moved" down from my permanent teeth about 1/16". Once seated, I waited over 12 minutes for a Dr to appear, and he did only after a Dental Assistant had to go locate/remind him. Once the Dr came in he made a couple of minor adjustments on the clasps, and after the 2nd time, had the Dental Assistant bring my partial back to me and ask me to try it. It still was tight and hurting, and nothing was said or done about the height alignment problem. I was expecting the Dr to come back in. However, I was then asked to step out to the briefing area and never saw the Dr again ----- but I had some additional questions to ask him, and tell him that the "fit" was still not good. Never saw the Dr again. I was so disappointed and frustrated with the way this appointment was so hurridly handled, so I left. Disappointed in the service I received on this appointment and Aspens failure to correct my problem. Now it will take another trip to another office to see if I get better service and get my problem with my partial resolved so I can wear them again.

This place is horrible... First they tried to gag me with the xray things they put in your mouth because they were rushing...then they tried to charge me for the appointment if i didnt get all the xrays even though they got the ones they needed.(Free xrays and exams for new patients was advertised but apparently only if you let them choke you to death) Then it took forever after that(like left alone for an hour in the chair) but when they finally got around to doing the extraction she tried for like 10 minutes. Then when i asked her to stop for just a moment because of the pain she said she couldnt do it, that i would have to come back in a couple weeks to see the oral surgeon so he could completely sedate me. I was a little peeved but was like okay. When they reworked my bill it was gonna cost another $1000 just for the sedation...they wouldnt take payments. They wanted all the cash at once. At that point i was refunded what it would have cost for the extraction and sent packing with my tooth half pulled, the nerve exposed, a bloody mouth, and worse off then i was before i went in. Some people have no compassion and only care about the money.

I completely agree with Vanessa. I went in there and they were very insensitive. I have a lot of wear and tear on my teeth. I was exhausted from a long day of work and even after I was trying not to cry from the girls attitude toward me, they didnt seem to care. They left me in the seat with the seat back for 15 minutes while they talked and you could hear everything in the whole place. They also insisted I get TWO deep cleanings and that there was no possible way that there were any other options. They did not review my x-rays with me or offer any kind of advice for temporary relief. They told me what the price was and implied I should feel lucky that my insurance covered so much of the service. They said I needed two crowns (which is quite possible) but the only other option was to pull the tooth but did not state it is actually NOT recommended because the other teeth will shift. I would not recommend this dental office to anyone!! Lucky me I am moving away in 2 weeks and will not be able to go by their extensive treatment plans. 8 appointments???? Ridiculous!!

Thank you Aspen for coming to my rescue! I didnt want to go through the weekend with a toothache that had developed late in the week. Aspen was able to fit me in and after my FREE initial xrays and check-up, Dr. Jennifer Smith checked me out herself, then gave me help to reduce the pain for the weekend and get me in a better position for the extraction that was necessary. I returned the next week and she removed the tooth with very little pain and discomfort. Shes GOOD! She also worked on my partial so that I could continue using it and made it feel much better. She really knows how to help, and makes a person feel very comfortable. I was very pleased with my care, and friendly, but professional demeanor of the staff, and the timely manner in which I was in and out of the office. Thanks a lot to Dr. Smith, and the whole staff!

This is the worst dentist office to go to since the doctor left a couple of years ago and they have changed management so many times. They are have no idea what they are doing they try and over charge and when you call to talk to the manager she says that she is at lunch and then come to find out she was the one on the phone the entire time. So I decided to change dentist I called to have my records sent over to my new dentist they send me a sheet and assured me that the files would be sent over. Guess what didnt happen them when I called today they said oh no you have to come in the office and pick them up. Dont you think I would have done that if thats what I was told...Just horrible so you have been warned if you decide to go to this branch!!!

I was in so much pain with 2 abscesses and swelling. I called on the 11th of April. They got me in the next day early. I go in fill out paper work and was called back in no time. Get some xrays and then get taken to a room. The dentist comes in and figures out which tooth was the problem. I was told that I could come back at 11am. So 11 comes around, I go back. And I was scared cause I dont like needles in my mouth. But they were very supportive and did really good job keeping me calm. The tooth finally came out and it was such a great relief. Thank you so much Aspen Dental, Dr. Stump and the nurse that assisted him.
