I had been putting off getting a new dentist. Finally, after my regular dentist office messed up my appointment and wanted to reschedule my cleaning for months later, I found this office. They made it so convenient with excellent hours that work into my schedule. I came in with my work uniform on. They didnt snub their noses, instead they were super friendly. I normally have issues getting x-rays. The trays gag me etc... The equipment must have been newer and better than my old dentist because I had no issues. Yay!! My cleaning went well but, then I met the dentist. I had been sore for a year and a half on my right side after having a crown. I had went back three times for an adjustment. The pain seemed to get worst. This dentist knew exactly whats wrong and fixed it in minutes!!! She told me things about my jaw that I wasnt aware of. I will be returning in six months. Im so thankful I found her!!

I had a great experience with this office this past summer and a TERRIBLE one this week. I went in for a cleaning and was essentially pressured into getting my wisdom teeth extracted even though I explained that I had a lot of school work to get done later that day. The receptionist told me that the whole thing would only take about an hour and a half which was a lie. She certainly didnt care about my needs because she never considered the part where Id be too doped up on the pain killers they prescribed me to get any school work done that day. I was not prescribed nausea medication which is pretty standard I learned later because antibiotics and hydrocodone both cause nausea. I ended up throwing up and dry heaving several times.I will never return to this dentist. I feel like they just wanted to get money out of me and didnt really care at all about my well being at all.

This place is not only a money Grubb in joke but they are the most unprofessional I have ever experienced in my life! I was traumatized and they made me worse than when I went in and finally had to spend an extra 2k to have their crap fixed by Dr. Erwin at Gateway family dentistry who were amazing! These people at dental excellence traumatized me and had me suffering and crying in pain and fear! They were so rough on me with the needles jamming them in and moving them that after 2 months I still have a knot larger then a marble in my jaw! They wouldnt help me at all with the pain they caused me by drilling into my nerve and sent me home with STEROIDS!!! They are after your money DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I should have sued this "business"

Each time Ive gone has been the best dental experience. The last time I went for my cleaning they noticed my cavity I hadnt had the money to get fixed so I even put off my cleaning The dentist on duty ran out to my car as I was leaving and told me to come inside that he would fix it for free. I was in tears I was so grateful. They were incredibly kind to me, massaging my jaw after each shot of numbing agent that I had to have. Not only that but the receptionists joked with me before and after my visits to help calm me down. This is something I really appreciate as someone uncomfortable with teeth and dentistry. Theyve earned my service for life. Thank you Murfreesboro Dental Excellence!

My appointment was horrible. I left in more pain than I came in because the dentist tried to work on a very infected tooth that I needed antibiotics for before it was worked on because it would not numb. He kept trying to finish a root canal even though he knew I could feel it and Im pregnant. He had me in so much pain I was afraid I might miscarry. I left there shaking and crying. I will be finding another dentist to finish my root canal after my antibiotics.

I was there this weekend and had a very good experience. I needed 2 crowns and yeah they tried to get me to crown my 8 front top and bottom teeth but I said "no" just the 2 front top ones and there was no pressure. Everyone was nice and professional. I especially like that theyre open on weekends.

I went there last year got a quote For my teeth to be pulled didnt have Inc and a lot of money so they said they would work with me I am looking forward to seeing them now that I have the money keep up the good work I love this place. Monica
