While I never hand dental insurance until recently, Ive been to a handful of dentists over my lifetime. Wanting to take advantage of my dental insurance, I wasnt sure which dentist to go to since I was new to the area. I spent days reading reviews from various websites on dentists around the Smyrna/Murfreesboro area. While I couldve looked in Nashville, I wanted the dentist to be close to my work. After thorough research, I came down to 3 dentists. Not being able to decide, I decided to just pick the one who could get me in. Sinquefield Family Dentistry was actually the 3rd dentist I called. The first one was closed (it was a weekday) and had sporadic hours. The second one did not answer. Im glad things worked out the way it did because Sinquefield Family Dentistry is awesome. The lady (I forget her name) that answered was very polite. She answered all my questions and made me a prompt appointment. They followed up days before my appointment to verify I was coming. One thing that amazed me when I arrived is how clean & professional the office was. I also noticed that they have won the Ruthies (local awards) for best dentist for several years. The staff was very friendly and I was admitted within 5 minutes of finishing my paperwork. Shaina, the dental assistant was very friendly & professional. My dentist was Dr. Lee and he is hands down, the best dentist Ive ever experienced. I originally just came in for an exam but he was able to do cleaning, filling in small cavities, and cleaning up residue from a permanent retainer I had years ago. I would recommend Sinquefield Family Dentistry to anyone who is in the area and looking for a new dentist.

The dentist and hygienists are nice and friendly, but not enough to make up for the billing and insurance issues. Seems like I always get a bill every time I leave here even if its for a free cleaning, or a filling I paid beforehand. Always some extra charge. Hate leaving a place thinking Im ok then getting a surprise bill in the mail then being told its for different things. This time they are charging me for a mistake they made. I never would have gotten xrays had they not insisted and told me they were covered by my insurance. Its a FREE cleaning! Well, thats what they first told me I was being billed for. Now its that among other things? I really hate leaving bad reviews, but this place has me very frustrated. I paid my first bill without question, even though I dont know why I got one, because I hate calling. But now they charge me more?

Have to call out Dr. Jess Sinquefield and my Hygienist Christy Smith. When I first came here five years ago I was in rough shape. Sensitivity to cold was horrible, gum issues, bleeding gums, etc. Today...no bleeding...gone for 3+ years now. Sensitivity down 90% to where drinking cold beverages or Christy spraying cold water on them during a cleaning doesnt bother me anymore. My teeth may not be perfect but compared to when I first visited Sinquefield Family Dentistry...I am extremely happy and look forward to my semi-annual visits to their office. Thanks for all you have done and helped me do to get where I am today!!!

The dentist and hygienist that I was with did a great job making me feel comfortable and made everything easy in the room. My main issue is they did a pre-determination of my insurance before my root canal and gave me a number but when it came time to pay my balance it went from 200 to 400. I felt lied to and that the woman working the desk taking payment could care less about it. While I appreciate being able to do payments, the fact the amount due changed and they didnt run another determination infuriates me and I will not go back after payments are done.

Could not be happier with my experience at this dentist office. Mr.Sinquefield did an excellent job and I never had to wait a single minute past my appointment time. The staff is extremely skilled and friendly. The building is very modern not more than 5 years old. They even had a TV monitor with Netflix above me while I was in the chair! I highly recommend Sinquefield Family Dentistry!!!

Caring and thoughtful professional staff makes Sinquefield Family Dentistry a step above the average. Dental techs are superior in this office. Rachel is gentle with cleanings and is aware of any indications of discomfort... there wont be any. Would and have recommended this office to dozens of coworkers, family, friends and neighbors in need of a super dental office.

The best dental practice in Murfreesboro. Excellent service and always greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The office is clean, very bright with a relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Absolutely thrilled with this office. They are extremely kind and gentle. My teeth are extremely sensitive but Dr. Sinquefield was VERY gentle and thorough and the front desk and hygienists were wonderful.

Nice guy with good office staff. I went to him for semi-annual check-ups. The hygienist was great. I had to stop going to him since he does not accept Blue Cross Blue Shield.
