I have had good and bad appointments but the overall purpose is the end product. My temporary teeth are beautiful and all the people I have seen leaving with permanent dentures looks perfect. My one thing to advise is find out about the limited or specific times you have to be at office based on service you are receiving and make sure it fits within your ability. For example I live hour and half away and did not know I had to be there by 730 every 3 months for a year. Also had to wait over a week when first set was rubbing very significant blister. I could have changed to the Huntsville office but seeing how seriously he takes the appearance of dentures that come from his office I felt that the teeth I will have for the next seven plus years being perfect was most important to me. Just be informed ahead of time and if it works for you then you will be happy

This is the nastiest place I have every been yet I let them go ahead. Then he made the absolute worst set of teeth for the first set. I never ever could wear the bottom ones more than 5 mins or so. The top I could wear for about a half a day before I started gaging on them. I let another dentist look at them and he laughed at how awful they were. Then they would not fix them gave me a refund back that I was going to use that day to have good ones made by a REAL dentist. But no cant get my money back for two weeks! When I paid them they pulled it out of my account in less then two hours!! DO NOT USE THIS NASTY PLACE!!! IT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

Had a 7:30 appointment, drove 1 hour to get there was there for 20 minutes and they called me to the desk and informed me that because the county schools were closed the dentist wouldnt be in today. How unprofessional can that be. The poor receptionist didnt even know the dentist wasnt coming in.. I work for a doctor and if by some strange chance the doctor isnt going to be in he lets me know early enough to call all the morning patients and cancel. They dont have to think I will be back nor would I ever tell someone to go there!!!!

Not impressed at all with the way they do business. Told over the phone first come first served but when we got there we found out different. After reading all the rules about having to leave your old dentures and having to wait there all day for them to make your new dentures, we decided to go somewhere else. The Receptionists at the front desk wasnt very friendly and had a bad attitude. Not worth the difference in cost. We would only save about $50.00
