I was charged $3800.00 for a set of dentures that dont fit, also had upper denture crack in less than 10 days. I tried to get a refund or replacement, they were sent back, but although I accepted them, was told it would take a little while to adjust, well, its been several months, and the fact is that they still dont fit, and I really feel like I got ripped royally. I am having to go elsewhere to get new ones at my expense. I tried talking to these people, but got no where. They might be good at some things, but making dentures is certainly not one of them. I do think that they could have made things right, and had a happy client, that would give them great reviews, but the money is the name of the game here. I am almost 70 years old, and on a fixed income, and now have to spend more money to get what they should have provided.

My husband complains a lot about how I constantly grind my teeth at nights as though I even noticed. I only wake up to find my teeth seriously aching, it was as though my muscle is being dealt with. I was referred to Embassy Dental and the doc who was very experienced and easy to talk to, gave me the causes of the grinding saying it maybe as a result of stress which I knew should be the cause base on my work ethics. He created schedule with me and coupled with the therapy, I am feeling great now, no more muscle pain and less grinding. I know in some days time, I will be free from it.

My visit to Embassy Dental was a very excellent expierence since I am afraid of the dentist. From the time I arrived until I left I was very comfortable and everyone was friendly. They are not abrasive and they handle you with great care. After my examination the Dentist explained everything to me and gave me options to chose from for ny health and my finances. They are not pushy which I love and they wait for you to decide on what you want to do. I would recommend Embassy Dental in Hendersonville to anyone.

I started coming here because my old dentist retired. Im a convert. The staff and doctor never made me feel like I was being rushed out of the chair so they could get another body in it, and I never felt like I was being forced into procedures that werent right or needed. Patient and explained everything needed. It was a forced change, but it was a great change for me! Perfect match!

My hygienist, Lisa, was extremely caring and did my procedure as quickly and professionally as possible. During my visits to Embassy Dental, I had a pain free root canal done. The shots did not hurt nor did the procedure. I was pleasantly surprised as when this was done before, at an unnamed place, I was in pain and uncomfortable the whole time. And this time my tooth was abscessed! I love Embassy Dental. To replace a decayed tooth, I got a porcelain inlay and only done from Embassy Dental. It took a few appointments but the new tooth resembles my old tooth. I’m very happy with Embassy Dental. The staff there was helpful while scheduling the appointments because I could not make it for the few dates that they offered. Thanks.

Embassy Dental is great with their work. When I went there to get a cavity cleaned, they sat with me and went through my whole dental insurance plans so that I knew what treatments are covered and what are not. It is knowledge that everyone should have and I am glad they sat and did that with me. Great job done.

Dr. Hunter and the entire staff were pleasant and the whole appt. went off without any pain or other discomfort. They have gone to the extent of having clouds and hot air balloons on the ceiling!
