Unprofessional behavior and conversation. My son had an evaluation there for Social Security. With issues from being born at 24weeks gestation, and weighing just under 2lbs, Dr. Bernal dismissed us and claimed there was not anything wrong with my child. He asked intrusive questions about our personal life and was using it to gossip to the nurse, in my presence! I told him it was irrelevant to our reason of visiting and he stopped. I then told my son to stop licking the patient bed and spreading his saliva around, because it has bacteria, and he could get sick or get someone else sick. Dr. Bernal told me to leave him alone, then went above and beyond to explain to me that I needed psychological help because I was controlling my child. Dr. Bernal continued to tell me that there was something wrong with me "in the head" as I began to cry in front of his nurse and him. I had a ridiculously horrible experience here with him. He was intrusive, belittling, very judgmental and altogether, unprofessional.

Worst place ever. Todos andan con el chime that they forget about the patient. Took my child for a urine exam and never got a call about the results i called every day for 3 weeks and still nothing last time i called they told me they lost it and couldnt find it. Never got a follow up call or at least an apology. They are very rude and miss place and lose everything even my childs shot records smh.
