The woman who answers the phone is extremely rude and unprofessional. We are new in the area and we have new insurance. The day before our appointment, she told us she couldnt find coverage for my son with the number I gave her, so I called my provider to make sure everything was ok. Its fine so my provider gave me a phone number for them to call if they were having problems pulling the info. I called back to tell them all this. When I tell the lady at Kleinwood that I have a phone number for them to call if theres any questions, she snapped at me and said she has the phone number and they cant see my son if they cant pull his insurance. I dont even think they tried. And even if they could, I dont think Id bring him somewhere with a person like this representing the company. Im sure the doctor is fine, but we never even got to step foot in the place to find out. So, were still looking for an eye doctor here.

I have been a client here for two years and have had nothing but a wonderful experience. recently I have had a very bad experience ordering glasses. Sarah, one of the assistants, helped me in picking out lenses and frames and after repeated asking of a handout of choices and required costs, she had nothing to show. Instead she tried to explain everything, which sounded something like this "youll pay ____ in material costs, _______ in anti glare costs, and _______ in lenses, and ________ in frames." She informed me all were required except anti glare, which I wanted. Come to find after, there were cheaper options for material costs and on the type of lenses. Who knew glasses could be so overwhelming? Instead of educating you so you can make your own choice, they will take advantage of you, lie to you, and upcharge you on as much as they can. SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Dr. Nuygen seems like a good doctor but his staff something less than professional. After having our eyes checked and told by Dr. Nuygen that our prescription hasnt changed that much from last year. We went down a few months later to get it filled, from another shop, because we couldnt afford the $700 glasses they had. So there was an issue with the glasses and we have been back and forth for over a month. Now all we want is a prescription recheck and they will not honor their work and are telling us. A prescription is good for a year but after 30 days we will charge you full price for a new exam. That is really putting faith in your work, or just jacking someone up for not honoring your word.

I scheduled an appointment for myself and my husband online using the Zocdoc system through Kleinwoods website. Stephanie called the very next business day to let me know the appointment system wasnt working correctly and that we needed to find different appointment times. The day that we wanted to come in was booked except for a slot for one person, so Stephanie arranged for the two of us to come in BEFORE their first typical appointment time and got us in back to back to accommodate our schedules. We had a great experience, and really appreciate their flexibility! Highly recommended!

Kleinwood Vision is a great place for all your family vision needs. My wife, son, and I have all our glasses and contacts prescribed through there. The office is very nice and they have a great selection for kids as well as adults. Heather helped me choose my glasses frames as well as a pair of Rayban sunglasses, which I love. Dr. Nguyen is very knowledgeable and helped me answer all of my questions. I highly recommend visiting Kleinwood if you haven’t already done so!

This office is terrible to work with. They dont actually care how well you can see, they just want your money. Sometimes your new prescription looks different when you are out and about compared to sitting in their office and The front desk did not try and help me when I was given an incorrect prescription. They said too bad you have to pay for another $100+ exam. If you have $1000 to spare on eyewear go ahead and schedule, otherwise steer clear of this place!

Doctor is great. Went in today to get my sons glasses and they just gave them to him. I had to ask for someone to come out and make sure they fit. And the person behind the desk was like, oh, we only come out to see if they fit if you ask. I have gotten a new pair of glasses every year since 1988 and this is the first I heard of that. I guess all the previous places I went just let employees waste their time making sure glasses fit before you left.

wanna waste your time with unprofessional staff? then this is the place for you, waited more than an hour to get the doctor request to refill my prescription, staff messed up and telling us wrong infos about our insurance when we first came, took about an hour to resolve, if there is something below a 1 star i would definitely give them the honor to receive it, they earned it.
