We loved our visit to Creekside! My husband, two kids and I all needed a check up and updated eyewear. We walked in and were pleasantly welcomed with a very clean office and friendly staff. The office had a very modern and contemporary atmosphere. Dr. To was extremely gentle and knowledgeable about our varying vision conditions. The equipment was very clean and Dr. To was very diligent about sanitizing before and after. He also had a fun and natural ability to get my kids to listen to instructions! The insurance process was very easy. I loved the selection of eyewear for myself and the kiddos. The location is also very enjoyable and convenient. There are nice restaurants/cafes next door and a greenbelt in the front of the office. I would highly recommend this office for adults and kids!

I had the best experience with Dr. To and the receptionist today. On Sunday, my dog scratched my eye and I was worried, so I requested an appointment Sunday night. Before lunch time on Monday, the receptionist contacted me about an appointment. Unfortunately there werent any today that I could go to, so I planned for an appointment the next day. At four oclock the same day, I received another call that they had time to see me!! I rushed as quick as I could and Dr. To was waiting to see me before he left for the day. He knew that my dog scratched my eye, so he went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. And did I mention I am a new patient? Both Dr. To and the receptionist were so great, I will definitely go back for future appointments!

Weve had excellent service on both occasions when we went to Creekside Family Eyecare for eye exams and prescription glasses. Dr. To provided the most thorough eye exam our family of 5 has ever had and patiently took the time to explain everyones results. His staff was professional, courteous and offered their advice on which frames looked good with our face structure. The selection of glasses they offer provides a wide variety of choices in many styles, sizes and price ranges. Overall, we were extremely satisfied and will be coming back for future visits. Would definitely recommend them.

I have been help here many times , the lady in the front knows me by name which shows she cares . I had a hard time choosing a frame that would fit me best , the doctor was nice enough to help search through many option, from vintage to trending , eventually I found the perfect set ! Giorgio Armani light and bronze in color . I visit every 12 months thanks to my insurance :) always have to visit And you have to see the inside trendy and modern and the technology is first class .

My father had a previous botched eye surgery at a hospital in Houston. The doctor under his insurance did nothing for him, so I took him to see Dr. Andrew To because hes my eye doctor. He took time to listen to what my father has been trying to tell his own doctor and did a proper and thorough examination. We found out the surgeon left two sutures in and never replaced a lens. Dr. To is very friendly and kind, and he cares about his patients. I wish more doctors were like him.

I have tried to call there once the girl told me they dont accept my insurance and they do indeed accept my insurance when I checked. Now, I am trying to call for an appointment and it rings off the wall and then call fails. I dont think there is an answering machine set up. I will still go there and make my own judgements on them. Could be phones are down I live in the area and we have power outages constantly. I hope they are nice to me.

Ive been seeing Dr. To for my eye care needs for almost 10 years now (from when he was in Conroe to this new location in the Woodlands) and have recommended him to countless family, friends, and co-workers. Dr. To provides consistent quality eye care and has a wonderful demeanor. Creekside is a great, modern office with very friendly staff. Great selection of designer glasses to choose from too.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. It is very clean and organized, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr To was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. They had plenty of frames to pick from ranging from affordable to high end like Tom Ford. I recommend anyone needing eye exams or glasses to visit Creekside Family Eyecare.

I took my 11-y.o. daughter and 8 y.o. son here and was very impressed w/ the staff, office and especially the doctor. They were thorough and patient w/ my kids. The staff was great in helping us pick out a pair of Ray-bans for my daughter and Converse for my son. I will definitely return in the future.

Beyond a excellent Dr!!! I highly recommend Dr. To. He saved my eye basically and was professional and precise the whole time! He removed metal from my eye 2 times and as I was nervous he was fe nominal and quick. I will be bringing the family here on a regular basis for life now.
