Since a dear friend referred me to Dr.McGriff in 2013 my husband and I have had several appointments with McGriff Family Dentistry. Within this time period we have gotten to know Dr.McGriff and his staff. We are very pleased with their commitment to excellent care and patient satisfaction. I have recently completed my dental implant procedure (three implants and two bone grafts). The dental implant healing time, placement of the abutments and crowns all went very well and the doctor was always available to answer my questions. I couldnt be more happier with the results I would highly recommend Dr. McGriff to anyone seeking professional dental care, opinion, or if considering implants. My daughter had work preformed there and I paid everything in full. Then months later I get an invoice stating that although I paid in full and had a 0 balance they sent me a bill for over $200.00 stating she must have gone to another dentist and still owed monies (she never did). I refused to pay anymore money without proof so they sent it to collections stating I now owed $399.00, of course I disputed this with the collection agency and they stopped the collection. Now they have sent it back to collections in my daughters name even though I am the responsible party. NEVER go to this dentist, even though he does good work, his bookkeeper does not know what she is doing. PS. I have heard this is standard practice from others who have goon there.

I was a patient of Dr. Jon Swenson for many years and stayed on when Dr McGriff took over the practice. I have never regretted that for a moment. Dr. McGriff and his staff are professional but very friendly. They have always seen to it, that the care I receive is the right kind for my dental needs. Dr. is like a giant with a gentle touch and his military background shows in the organized way he and his staff care for and encourage their patients to good health in general. I highly recommend him!

These guys are 1st class in all respects. My family had been going to Dr J. Swenson since coming to Federal way in 1981. When he moved on and Dr. McGriff took over the practice we were understandably apprehensive about what we as a family might have to do to maintain that quality of care we enjoyed for years. Do not go here I called to make an appointment for my check up and they told me because I had a cancellation that I was excused from their practice. Freaking ridiculous its only human nature to cancel appointment. The receptionist I spoke with also hung up with me and told me to call back when Im in a better mood. I will not be going back here this place is awful and they dont know how to treat people

A very professional, thorough, friendly office. I have been seeing, Diane, my hygenist, for years and I love her! I was seeing Dr. Swenson when he owned the practice and when Dr. McGriff bought the practice we wondered if we would stay. But after meeting him we decided to stay and are very happy we did. We feel we are still getting the same great care we got before with Dr. Swenson.

All the staff is very nice and appear to be happy to see the patient. I have always had tartar and at other dentist offices I have been chastised for not flossing or brushing properly, etc. Whereas, in Dr. McGriffs office, the staff assists their patients rather than lecturing them. Much nicer!!! Its always a good experience when I visit Dr. McGriff and his staff.

Ive been a patient of Dr. McGriff for several years now. My latest experience was similar to my others. They are on-time, pleasant, and very good at what they do. This time I was due for X-rays and a cleaning and I was done in about 45 minutes. Dr. McGriff also seems to have a very clear, long term view of my care.

Dr. McGriff and his staff are by far the most professional dental office I have ever visited. I was impressed to see such cutting edge technology as digital X-rays in use. I was amazed what detail they could see in my X-rays. I had the best cleaning Ive ever had here. The staff are exceptionally friendly.
