The people here are just so positive. The whole time youre there its like you wandered into a TV commercial world where people actually like their jobs. Ive had to go in for quite a bit of work recently, and every single person that has worked with me has been super friendly, professional, and eager to explain anything theyre working on and put my mind at ease. The place itself is clean and professional. Very nice bathroom, displays in each room, etc... Its not a huge place, but there are enough rooms probably for three or four people to be seen at once. If this place is at all convenient to where youre located, I strongly recommend it.

My experience with Dr. Prato and his team has been really positive! Every member of the staff remembers me and calls me by name, takes time to ensure my comfort and my understanding of all procedures, and goes to great lengths to keep me stress and anxiety-free. Thats a pretty tall order for any business, but for dental-anxiety-prone patients like me, it far exceeds my expectations. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for exceptional care, knowledge and expertise, and top-drawer dental work. Oh - and the staffs great sense of humor to lighten the stress really helps!

Down to Earth Dental is one of the best patient friendly and patient care dentist offices I have ever been too. I love the offices atmosphere and climate while in the chair. I absolutely will not go to any other Dentist! I had some major dental issues and they worked with me all the way through them over the past 3 years.. The staff is attentive and compassionate. Excellent service. They re-glued a crown and I was impressed with the entire office. I was shopping for a new dentist closer to home. Now I have found the right place! The staff is helpful and pleasant. The dentist (Dr. Nguyen-Tran) and assistant were superb! Good place!!

If you want to see Dr. Prato dont bother to go to the Tacoma office. Only part time dentists practice there and they change frequently. It would be nice to see the same Dr. every time so he/she knows your case. However, the staff is very friendly.
