I prepaid for a lot of dental work with these guys. On my first appointment they took me back and I had a clipboard shoved in my face by a gal who only said "sign this". I asked what it was for and she read the title on the page to me. It was a release of liability form, which is standard and thats fine. I chalked it up to needing better customer service training. I figured that did not necessarily mean a thing about how good the dentist was at what he did. Last week, I got some fillings. My teeth still hurt. I have left two voice mails asking to be seen because of it. I had to go in, in person to talk to them. They did not know anything about the phone calls and just said "well a lot of people call and there are only so many of us to answer the phones" She set me up an appointment "The earliest I have is Friday at 1:30pm. I am on a Motrin diet right now. I am looking for a new dentist and once I find one will cancel the appointment and demand a refund for the things they have not completed yet.

"Comfort" dental! More like "we dont care" dental. Last year I got two root canals, then a month later they got infected and I got a huge abscess and had to go in a second time to get them redone. During this whole ordeal, I missed a month of school, they gave me the most painful shots, they lied about using the gas, and had my face swell to twice its size. About 9 months later we realized that I havent been in for a cleaning, so we called and found out they wouldnt let us come back because we had the "wrong" insurance. So now we switched to a different dentist who sent us to a dental surgeon and found out they did the root canal completely wrong! So now I have to go in for a third time to get it fixed!

The office is wonderful. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The dentist is very polite and comforting. I just had my first visit. And I would recommend anyone to this dentist. The facility was very clean, well organized and very professional. I came from Bright Now Dental in Bonney Lake due to lack of professionalism. And let me tell you how Comfort Dental gave me a reassurance back into the denatal care world. I was nervous and very apprehensive. But the staff made the visit comfortable and relaxing. Dr. Tanner was very caring in his manner. He was awesome in his thorouness. He did the extractions quickly and was attentive to my signals. He and his assistant expertly made me feel at ease and completely confident in their skills. I am soo grateful for the wonderful experience this was. It wiped away many horrid times in a dental chair I had endured over my lifetime! Everyone in the office was very professional and nice. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ♡

Ive had extensive work done here, as has my sister. Everyone is kind. No price gouging or taking advantage of customers here! I have seen both Dr. Andrews and Dr. Tanner and both are amazing. I have had root canals, crowns, fillings. My sister has her dentures and both of us have had teeth pulled. The work is perfect. I have gone through many dentists to find these two. They care about their patients!

After years of anxiety around going to the dentist I finally worked up the guts to go in to get the crown Ive put off for a decade. I liked the way they communicated with me and checked in throughout the process. I walked away from todays procedure feeling proud of myself for getting through without a panic attack or crying, but I think they get the real credit. Thank you!

Had dental care done there over a year ago, in need of dental care urgantly, they are right across the street from me which was nice, however they no longer take my insurance ( Molina aka Medicaid) anymore. Not happy with them plus my work before wasnt the greatest. Felt very rushed and concerns brushed off which are now causing problems.

I was nervous getting all my teeth pulled but the doctor prescribed me medicine for anxiety and sedated me during surgery and I didnt feel a thing. They are very professional and the dentist is super nice. You can feel safe here. Very pleased. :)

Great job on my dental work! Dr. Nick is very personable and professional. They are great with payments and everything. I would have given 5 stars if it wasnt for one of their assistants being extremely rude to me when I was getting work done.
