The Master Key

When I had gone in August for a cleaning the hygenist stated I had some bleeding gums and a little swollen on upper right side. In December I had a filling replaced upper right side which in turn turned into a painful tooth. I called Dr. Egger on Christmas Day 3 weeks later as the pain was increasing at a fast pace. I had called the emergency number and he had called me within 5 minutes. I wasnt sure if I should be on Ibuprophen or Tylenol and then he gave me a prescription for an antibiotic at a 24 hour pharmacy. Had a root canal by Dr. Kho in January after the holidays were over. Dr. Egger did the build up and crown. Today I went and got my teeth cleaned again and the gums look great. I firmly believe that there was infection there way before he touched the filling. Through this 2 months of me seeing Dr. Egger alot we joked around and he was very tender while he worked on my mouth. I deal with anxiety and he really seemed to understand that. I spent probably 8 hours in the dentist chair between the root canal with Dr. Kho and the build up and crown with Dr. Egger. It wasnt fun but the staff and Dr. Egger made me feel comfortable and were great to work with. I highly recommend this office. I have been seeing them for about 8 years.

The main reason I chose this dentist is due to the fact they offer nitrous oxide, you know, Mr. Happy Nose. I tense up so bad during any dental work, so the nitrous really helps me relax. I would give five stars just for that. Most of the staff are very friendly, a couple need some customer service training. What I absolutely DO NOT like is so far I have gotten a different hygienist for every dental cleaning. I recently had some work done. I had a crown put in which took a couple of different visits, and again I had a different assistant for each one. I personally work in the service industry. I do pest control. One of the things our customers do not like is sending a different technician to their house or place of business. When you deal with one person for the majority of the time a relationship is developed and the customer feels important and cared for. The dental work is great. I just dont feel that "over the top" customer service that is so rare these days but is priceless to me.. Again, there is nothing wrong with this dentist.

When I first started coming here (about 10 years ago), they were truly great! However, over the years some staff has changed and the customer service aspect started to decline. What is really irritating, is that lately theyll call from ten different numbers trying to catch you to "discuss your appointment." When you ask "what appointment" since you know you dont have one, and theyll say, "well thats why we called, to schedule one." No thank you. Ill call you when Im ready. Oh and theyll charge you the short notice cancellation fee in a heartbeat without first discussing the circumstances of why you couldnt make it. Although Dr. Egger himself is fantastic, I cant say the same for the rest of the team. Its a hit and miss unfortunately.

I cant thank this Dentist office enough-seriously! I had a pretty traumatic experience with a previous dentist then I went here for a second opinion and I havent looked back. Doctor Breuer is fantastic!! She genuinely cares about her patients and has even called me after hours and the next day after lengthy appointments to make sure that I am doing good. Kara and Stephanie are great Dental Assistants; and Jami is such a good hygienist too. They are so helpful with payments and Rachelle and Debbie are always so nice to me and understanding. I 100% recommend this office and will continue my dental work here. Thanks guys!!!! :)

I am a retired physician and feel absolutely confident in Dr.Eggers clinical skills. I ran my own office and am also aware of the importance of the office and professional staff. Here again, Dr. Egger scores 5 stars. Courtesy, competence and caring all apply to his staff as you are greeted, cared for and communicated with. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation. Every time I visit Dr. Egger and his staff, I am always happy with their costumer service! My favorite hygienist is Renee, and she is always very friendly and welcoming. They always do a good job of taking care of my smile and answering any questions that I have. I would highly recommend these folks to anyone looking for a great dentist.

I have gone to this office my whole life. When Dr.Surbeck retired and Dr.Egger came into the picture it was almost like Dr. Surbeck had never left. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, all of the assistants are extremely nice and I love both Dr. Egger and Dr. Chang. I would reccomend them to anyone.

Does not take most insurances. Check if you are covered. Just to get x-rays done cost me $300 but besides that, the atmosphere was great and everything looked new and clean.
