Its a joke, people doing paperwork are friendly, I had went in with a very bad sickness, As 3 of my family members had bronchitis nuemonia and sinus infections so I could have any of those because I was with them a few days prior. I had to wait about 1.5 hours which isnt the worst part, I get taken back and I see a doctor who does a check up on me, tells me I have a "common cold" and "its that time of year" basically with the tone of voice she had it was like she was telling me to suck it up. 1st off I know this was not just a common cold I have had many colds in my lifetime, yes maybe I have one but Ive got something else with it which is making it dreadful. Then the doctor proceeded to tell me "Im going to prescribe you antibiotics, but dont take them." Now does that make any sense at all?! No. I ended up taking the antibiotics anyway and they are slowly helping me get better, I will never go here again.

Had to get a physical for work done. Debbie was amazing and helpful. She was bright and smiley despite crappy weather. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly helpful. I didnt catch all of their names but I had no complaints of the desk workers. The PAs and nurses were all fantastic. They explained everything thoroughly and were really great at drawing blood. I had no pain during or after my blood draw. They needed something like 6 vials. They made me feel very comfortable and once again everyone had a smile. My radiologist was so much fun. She was funny and a great conversationalist. I learned a lot about becoming a radiologist. Dr. Silas, was once again very nice and helpful. She explained everything and even took time to read my paperwork (admittedly I didnt even do it). She was very thorough and very kind. I give this place 2 thumbs up.

After reading all of the horrific reviews, I was honestly a bit worried, however my visit to Concentra went great today. Just like everyone else said, the front desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly when I walked in. However my experience was much different than what everyone else is saying. Despite it being busy (lobby was about half full) I only waited in the for 10 minutes, and was out in just over an hour. The physician and multiple assistants I saw today were extremely kind and gentle and made me feel comfortable and happy to be there. Idk if there has been a management change recently or what happened, but do not fear. There was not a single bad element of my visit today. Would highly recommend :-)

Visited Concentra with UTI-like symptoms that they promptly dismissed and simply told me to go see a doctor. Once I call my GP I am instantly told to go the ER for my condition and there I am properly diagnosed with an UTI and finally given medication. Dont waste your time and money with this place it will only complicate things further. I should have walked out of this clinic with a prescription but instead got to spend more money going to an ER.

I got treated so horrible by the doctor. It is a pontiential discrimination case.... I only went for a drug and physical test. The staff behind the counter where very professional and courtesy. Due to I was treated horrible... I walked out and went to another place which was awesome. Just go somewhere else or the one located on the west side.

Broke my ankle. Didnt give me any pain medicine even though I had a long journey back to OK. The X-ray technician was great but the medical assistant who came to take my vitals was a moron! Not a great experience.

Why even set an appointment if you arent going to get to someone over an hour later? All for a physical. If you are a person who dont work or dont have anything to do them you found the tight place.

Terrible clinic, understaffed is an understatement.. I was told It would take about an hour. Two hours later and I am still in the waiting room to get a simple physical and drug screen done..
