I came to Capital PT in Sun Prairie as a self pay patient after exhausting my insurance benefit for physical therapy at another facility. Capital PT was very up front about the cost of care, billing cycle, and self pay process - which was very helpful. The cost was about 4 times less than the facility I was attending prior to switching. Cost aside, I wish I had come to Capital PT sooner. Darrell, my therapist, was excellent at helping me obtain my goals and keeping me on track/ motivated. He was in tune with my needs as a patient and adapted my program to my body better than any therapist I had worked with before. I would highly recommend trying Capital PT!

I am currently a customer of CPT Sun Prairie and am very pleased with my results. I have experienced first hand that the staff really listens to what I say about the injuries and pain I have. The exercise and stretching program that they created for me directly addressed the issues I had so that my pain began subsiding soon after I began the routines. Each session they asked about my current state and made appropriate adjustments. I highly recommend them for their ability to really listen to what the problem is and to have the knowledge and attention to detail to help me reduce the pain I have been in.

I have been going to Capital Physical Therapy on and off for the past 2 years as a result of different surgeries and medical procedures. Recently I have been seeing Kevin who is very personable, knowledgeable and experienced. He does a good job of explaining what he is doing and why. He is trained to do dry needling which not too many physical therapists are trained to do. Kevin has a great sense of humor and personality which would make anyone comfortable going to him for physical therapy. I highly recommend going to Capital Physical Therapy if you need physical therapy.

I attended Capitol PT in Sun Prairie for rehab after my second labrum surgery. Every visit and interaction I had with them was top notch from rescheduling appointments around my busy work schedule to the actual appointments themselves. I was always welcomed happily and pushed in my rehab to get me back to where I wanted to be. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to recover from any sort of serious injury.
