Every visit has been on time. The staff at the front desk are professional and helpful. Dr Naour and his staff are very caring and respectful of my time. They make sure I understand all the information I am given. I have had 4 surgeries at MCO. All staff involved with the surgeries are informative and caring. This business definitely deserves 5 stars!

Every contact I had with Mclean County Orthopedics has been very positive....from setting up my first appointment, though examinations/tests, physical therapy evaluations, surgery, post surgery followup & care and local physical therapy then setting up therapy closer to home, they were great....

In/out in less than an hour, including patient paperwork, xrays, Dr. exam and steroid shots ... Dr. Norris and his PA/nurses/assistants were all very pleasant, answered all our questions and were very accommodating to our situation ... no other orthopedic Dr./facility for our family!!!!!
