Patients Beware! I went to get an adjustment and they had no doctor available for treatment one week. I then went back the following week and I found that they had a new doctor from Miami replacing the regular Chiropractor. I tried this new Chiropractor twice and I was in so much pain after his adjustments, significantly more pain then when I came in for these adjustment. I made my concerns known and it was dismissed as muscle pain from the adjustment. My pain never subsided after adjustments. I could not take the pain any longer the 3rd week and had to go to another local chiropractor who made an adjustment (not a Joint chiropractor) and within 3-4 hours after this other treatment the pain was gone. I went back to The Joint and told the young lady at the front desk that I needed to cancel my monthly membership to The Joint because the Chiropractor was causing me pain with his adjustment technics. Even though they had no doctor one week and this new doctor was causing more pain after my treatments then when I came in...they still insisted on charging me another months worth of treatments even though I was not going to use them because of the pain the chiropractor was causing me. If this was a reportable chiropractic clinic concerned about their patients...they would have been more concerned with the pain they were causing me and would have not charged for that extra months worth of service after my cancellation notice was given. Patient beware!

Great chiropractic care, great experience! I went in after hearing a discernible pop in my spine one morning, followed by a ton of pain in my neck/upper back area. The Doctor was inquisitive, kind and skilled. Ive been back a few times now and have felt positive results every time. Both Doctors I went to have been terrific. The office manager Danielle is super nice, knowledgable and helpful as well. They get you in and out quickly without it feeling rushed (you arent sitting and waiting forever), and will take as much time as is needed to treat you. I have been really impressed by this location and the staff here. Ive gone to different types of chiropractors over the years, and have a great longtime chiropractor that does hour long sessions who I will still probably see on occasion, but I have to say that the Fort Lauderdale The Joint office is now my go-to place. Highly recommended!
