I paid $416 for a zoom whitening procedure and, instead of having my teeth whitened, my teeth were damaged. There is now a line in the middle of my teeth, where my teeth are darker at the top and lighter at the bottom. This line is not at the top near the gumline, but in the middle of my teeth, where it is very noticeable. Not only that, but there are white lines all over my teeth, from where the bleach was painted onto my teeth in an obviously inept manner. These results are disturbing. My teeth were perfectly fine before this procedure, besides not being very white, and now they are damaged. I trusted this office and this staff, and I hope someone learns from my mistake and chooses not to do so. I left several messages for Dr. Schwartz and received a call from him last night, wherein he told me that the person who administered this procedure was very experienced and that whatever happened must have been the fault of my own teeth. I told him I could come into his office to show him the damage to my teeth, but that I did not want anyone there to do anything further to my teeth. He started yelling at me, telling me he did not damage my teeth and that everyone in the community loved him. I was shocked and said, you have Bible literature in your office, and you are treating me this way. It was crazy. I told him I wanted some kind of refund and he told me I am not a nice person. This is the type of person Dr. Schwartz is. He is manipulative, dishonest, immature and uncaring. During my procedure, the person administering it told me a story about how someone hit the mirror on her BMW and she was indignant and made sure they paid for everything because it was a $300 mirror. It is evident that Dr. Schwartz and his staff care about themselves, but not others. I will make sure my next dentist does not claim to be a Christian.

I gave it 1 star just to let me write this , terrible terrible terrible should of walked out when first walked in , had a cleaning & they chipped me up, whoever is writing & saying they love this place they must work there & write it , just put it like this , they will be closed soon , dont know how there even operating . All scams . Sorry just keeping it real & dont want to see anyone go threw what I went threw ....

Me & my fiancee Clark came here due to him having a tooth ache & then I made an appointment with Dr. Valencia & Lynn my dental hygienist who are awesome & understand that I am afraid of the dentist. My fiancee Clark he has Dr. Drew & likes his work. I also got my partials & I look good.

one small cavity turned into an expensive root canal procedure for my mom, my mom paid them in full just to find out that they had cracked her tooth and then mercilessly just removed her tooth, she cannot eat anymore...she doesnt have her tooth to eat, please do not go there
