I wish negative starts were an option. I called to find out prices for whitening and they want me to go to the location and sit and wait all day for a simple price. My son went to an appointment and waited over an hour to get called, besides they didnt even do the whitening he had gone for. Also the person that answered the phone was the most unpolite person I have dealt with. How do you want to make money and have happy patients who recommend you to other people when youre so rude with people that want your services and will pay???? She answered the phone at 5:13pm on August 10, 2015. Please get rid of people that will make you go broke because of their attitude!

Worst receptionist ever. The Hispanic looking Asian girl has an attitude and does not want to help customers. She acts as if she hates working there. I went there mid day and she looks like she just woke up and she definitely has hygiene problems (As if she didnt eat for a few days). She looks as if her life is bad because she has to work. Cmon train your staff or hire new ones. Dentists are good but the first impression with the receptionist, I wont be going back there again.

The Receptionist are Great. The Dentist Ive seen was unable to fill my cavity correctly and the filling fell out next day cause serious pain had to go the ER cause tooth wouldnt stop Bleeding . When I saw the ER Dentist, They told me the Filling was a Half Fast Job and can cause serious problems in the future. My neighbor also had a badream Experience when the WRONG TOOTH WAS REMOVED. And the dentist told her she would of had to remove it anyways. =( dont waste your time

Was called about an appointment made 2 weeks ago and had to deal with their disgruntled receptionist who thinks she can give people an attitude because they need to make changes to an appointment.. i think the dentist at this office do a wonderful job, just wish they had the same taste in hiring receptionist. Shenequa you deserve to be fired!

Smart, professional, and kind dentists. Horrible receptionists, I mean absolutely horrible. How do you start the day with attitude? Like what the hell happened between the moment you woke up and 9AM thats got you this upset?! Even the hours on the damn website are wrong! I called today and they said they close at 5!

DO NOT GO HERE Worst place you can get your braces done, takes longer then the orthodontist tells you. Furthermore it is always packed you will have to wait more then a hour sometimes more then two hours to get 5 minutes of rushed work done. Go somewhere else if you are looking to get braces.

I took my daughter to get her braces here and I really like the people. yes the wait is long but they try. I dont care what others say. I like this dentist. They listened to my daughter and they were very good. Shakila and the others ladies are amazing

I made a 1pm appointment , and its going on 1 hour waiting to be seen here and theres about 30 more patients waiting to be seen here !! Whats the point in making an appointment if you dont go by it ?!? Smh .. Not professional at all ! Poor service !!
