Little shop of Horrors Beware of this butcher shop or you will be sorry. All the work I had done here had to be redone by a specialist to fix all the Damage Done by this butcher shop. Not only did I pay them to torture me I also had to repay specialist to fix all their work. Not only did I have a root canal done here that got infected 3 days later they also lodged a foreign object above tooth. I had to go to an endodontist to Retreat the tooth and than an oral surgeon to surgically remove the object. Stupid me came back here after this to have a crown put on since they made me pay for it upfront. Did not think they could do any more damage, well I was wrong. I had a crown put in that was way too big for my mouth that was wedged into place causing me even more pain once again. Went back two days later demanding they cut the crown out. Lesson learned shame on me for going back for more torture. The way the staff and doctors treat people is disgusting. I contacted the owner of the company but she could not give me the courtesy to give me a call back about the treatment and abuse I went through. If your looking for a dentist that takes pride in there work and a staff that cares about there patients than this is not the place.

After initial consult, where X-rays & digital photos were taken of my sons teeth, we were scheduled to have his braces put on this morning. Being that our insurance company would be paying for everything, but excluding retainer at the end. At no time, were we told he would need an expander for an extra $1500 . After a month of my sons anxious anticipation, we arrived to have the lady tell us that my son needs an expander & half of the $1500 was due today or his braces would not be put on. I called last week to confirm there would be no out of pocket costs to us & the lady told me that was correct. Only $600 would be due at the end of treatment for the retainer. I took a day off from work & they completely fabricated that my son needed an expander. We were lucky enough to get an appointment today with an honest orthodontist & were told my son did NOT in fact, need an expander. Ultimately, they tried to scam us out of a $1500. Would never use this facility. Simply disgusting how they would &try to take advantage of people!! Well, they lost out on almost $3,000 that is now going to a great Orthodontist. Their loss in the end.

Have been trying to correctly get a cracked tooth repaired properly since 9/8/2014 and due to poor dentistry, reneged promises and extra unjustified additional charges, as of August 2017 it has not been resolved. It has cost me and my dental insurance about $4,000.00 and they wanted to charge me an additional $728.00 for a crown which was improperly done from beginning. Other patients or victims have had similar complaints and horrible experiences.

Said they take our insurance and that they were in network, then after I got work done they sent us a bill for $500! Look on Yelp too theyve pulled this stunt on a lot of people.

It seems that they are billing the customers even after they have been paid by the insurance companies EVEN if the insurance companies have a re negotiated price with them.
