We started out with a bit of a glitch as there was some miscommunication between the office and the lab that was supposed to be making my daughters retainers. This resulted in a month of waiting for retainers that never came as the lab concluded that my daughter was not a good candidate for this particular type of retainer. I must say though, that once the office manager, Melanie, was advised of the problem, she immediately apologized and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. The entire staff at this office are all very accommodating and the orthodontist (Dr. Deans) and her assistant are both very welcoming and kind. Even though we did have the initial problem, I am extremely pleased with my overall experience so far and anticipate that I will be in the future as well. Being in the medical field myself I do understand that issues happen more often that wed like them to but the way in which mine was handled in this office was stellar and very much appreciated. I highly recommend this practice.

After moving from Westchester to Orange county it has been a challenge finding a good dentist. I called in urgency for an appointment for my husband. The staff was very knowledgeable, comforting and sweet. I received an appointment the same day. When I arrived, once again the staff was excellent. Melanie ( office manager), Tiffany ( assistant) and Dr. Patel You guys are wonderful! I wish I could give you 100 stars! You make it very easy and rewarding to adjust to a new area and receive excellent dental care without hassel !!!

I have been coming to Family Dental Group since they first opened. I also bring my 6 year old and have already made an appointment for my 2 year old. Dr Patel, Dr Saintil, Star, Tifany, Johmir, Kia, Patty, Melanie really everyone of them are great. They work with your schedule and I never have a problem if I have to change my appointment.

I have never been a patient here before and when I walked in, the receptionist was informative and kind. This office was the only dental office willing to examine me and perform an extraction on the same day (with no insurance and I was a "walk in"). Thanks so much for the fast service and the quarter for the meter

The staff is super amazing !!!! my husband had a really bad tooth and needed to have it removed and they removed it the same day. He was feeling back to his normal self the next day.. Thx family dental group your all awesome
