I justo love this clinic. My kids have bn going here since they were born and my oldest is 14. But now a days it seams like they lost there edge. Its so hard to get an appointment to see my kids doctor so they shift me around amounts doctors that seem not to know what there doing or dont really care. They just seem to busy to give you there time. All they do is put a bandaid on the problem and send u home. I brough my sick 2 year old son to be seeing with a high fever. Fist time his doctor refused to see him. Told me bring him back in 2 days if the fever continues. So i did call and they gave me and appointment for the next day that soon after they canceled. I ended up taking him in the following day wish makes that 4 days with a high fever. For them to tell me to wait he looks fine maybe its a week thing just keep giving him something for the fever and if in 2 more they he has a fever bring him back.. I took my boy home even tho i knew something was wrong. I called to make another appointment because of course he is still running a high fever for them to tell me take him to the er. They didnt do anything for my son. I took him to a different hospital not associated with them. Were they were great and found out my son has a bad case of ammonia. And could hardly breed. My son could had died if i just keep listening to this doctors that didnt give my son the attention he needed because there over booked. I called them again told them what happened and explained he needs to see his pediatrician and still i got send to another doctor. I bn here for year but now Im considering changing and maybe taking some action in this matter. My son shold be able to see his pediatrician in an emergency case not tossed from doctor to doctor. This is my second child they did this 2. Im really disappointed in there care.

The only reason why I go is because I love my doctors but their service is horrible. Asked to be seen as a walk in and the lady told me to put my name down and to wait for the nurse. Two hours later I had to ask what was going on she told me to go inside and ask for the nurse. The nurse then tells me that they dont do walk ins and that she was suppose to give me an appointment. The next available appointment is for 1. I dont understand why they couldnt say that as soon as I got there at 8 am instead of making me waste all my morning feeling like crap there

I had the best doctor (PCP) here, but she left. And most doctors are good not great, its a very unreliable place to speak to nurses or speak to your doctor. If you ever needed to contact your doctor over any minor or major issues dont hold you breath. This place is overcrowded and the endocrinologist is horrific. Its took me 2 and a half months to get in contact with him over something urgent. All the nurses just brushed me off. Your better off going private or finding some other place. Their service is horrifying.

Love my gyn and pcp but the desk service is terrible. I have shown up early for appointments only to be left waiting for 2 hours to be seen. When I tried to make a follow up appointment at the desk I was told to do it online, so I went home an attempted to make an appointment online, turns out that wasnt even an option! Guest the staff was just too lazy to want to deal with helping me make an appointment.

Ive been going here for years. Its convenient because you have your PCP, dentist and GYN in the same place. They work with my busy schedule and make appointments at my convenience. The only issue is that some days you can expect to wait over an hour to see the doctor, not so much in the dental department.

My pcp is excellent she just move to this location ,I hate it there the customer service is very horrible the chairs are dirty and also the waiting room .I wish my pcp didnt move there.

The health care providers here are amazing and I love the care that I recieve- I just hate the 2-3 hour wait to recieve it.
