Horrible office . No patience at all especially if you have governmental insurance ... both dr rich and dr simonetti have no patience .. both walked out of the room while I was talking .. I never thought in a million years I would need my tooth removed .... they rushed through it disregarded my pain ( had to pull over in the highway due to the pain ) aside from walking out on me both doctors provided conflicting information ... one doctor said it wasnt savable and walked out and one doctor said it was savable and walked out ...and then dr rich pretty much accused me of lying if what dr simonetti said .. why would I come to the conclusion that my tooth needs to be removed if that wasnt what was said to me .... a very unprofessional office .... these are my dentist visits Im using and wont be able to use it until 6 months .... they both left me with their assistants because they didnt want to answer questions ... I left crying due to the treatment .. the receptionist even told me to "shhhssh" while I was explaining to her my insurance ... very disgusting ... worst than doctors gills office which was the office by them and is now closed due to their treatments to their patients and misdiagnosis.

I literally have a phobia of the dentist my anxiety keeps me from getting any work done at all. I was fortunate enough to get an emergency appointment with doctor bob. It was my first time going to him. Even thought I have Ben there befor maybe once or twice in the past I have to say all the doctors do a good job. But when I got dr bob he made me feel so much better about going to the dentist he literally took me step by step throughout the entire visit he is awsome he listens, he will numb you as much as you need and takes his time. Im so glad my phobia has settled and I will never go to any other dentist then him. He is great I promise you if u have a phobia he is your guy just tell him whats going on and he will change the way you feel about getting work done.

Dr. Richard Domozych is a dick. He gave me 6 fillings, 4 of which have fallen out within the next 2 years!! Shoddy work. I have disabilities and cancelled some appointments in the winter because I was in too much back pain to even sit in the dental chair. He lectured me at my next visit because I didnt give 24 hour notices. Really? Im sorry that I couldnt schedule my pain ahead of time for you! Then they claimed that I hadnt even called in, put me down as a no show! Thats BS!! He was pissed. Hed rather be on the beach, and he makes that obvious.

Not only has my mouth been in throbbing pain since getting fill-ins here, but one fill-in actually fell out while I was flossing! Just 3 weeks after getting it put in. He quickly repaired it & thats literally the only fill-in that doesnt hurt when I eat. I cant chew anything because of the pain in all the teeth he has worked on & was better off with the cavities.. Dentist will try to convince you to go for silver, thats only cuz its cheaper for him. Shotty dentist work at its finest. If your not desperate for a dentist that takes medicaid, dont come here.

Brought my daughter for a filling, she is 8, they didnt give her anything to numb the area like gel, nothing, he started drilling and she was in obvious pain and he told her if she did not stop moving around he would send her somewhere where they would strap her down......seriously...great bedside manner(insert sarcasm here), never again will I go there even for myself.

Hed like talk to people walking buy like oh melissa ordered breakfast? ok, ill pass thanks mell! have a good one. All he does is talk , talk , talk. Im like dude stfu already. Hes like drilling my tooth and talking to someone in the hall about outboard motors> Come on man! Seriuosly!

This review is for dentist Simonetti and his sidekick will. The two of them like to team up and talk down to patients, very condescending. They seem to enjoy bullying women. Couldnt have been more disrespectful. Do yourself a favor and chose different people to clean your teeth.

Friendly staff, excellent dentists. Truely professionals. Always good service if I need something done that day they always find a way to squeeze me in, also they accept my insurance which isnt too common. Would recommend them to anyone.

The staff is very friendly. They know what they are doing which is why their business has expanded. I have been going here for 25 years and couldnt imagine going anywhere else.
